Great location and house

We had a fantastic time at this house. Very clean and the location by the beach could not be beat. IT had everything you would need and the main living space was larger than I expected.

Best Beach Getaway

Wonderful property just a short walk over to the beach! Cute duplex beach house, clean, and nicely decorated. We had a very comfortable stay here. Great location too!

This was our 5th stay at this property and we enjoyed it once again. You cannot beat the location, only steps from the beach, and the weather this past week was excellent. For a house that allows pets, cleanliness was good but there were a few areas that needed to be wiped down (counters, ceiling fan blades) but overall, the place was in really good shape and stocked with basic necessities. We found out the house is up for sale and hope the new owners keep it as a rental property. We would like to come back again next year.

There were completely dirty dishes in the cabinets and there was hair and dust under the beds.The property overall was beautiful and the locations was perfect

Wonderfully relaxing

The property was exactly as described so expectations were met or exceeded! Great location, nice clean place, no complications and no drama. I would recommend this place to a small group of friends or family and would definitely stay again next year.

Short stay, end of season

This is our second stay this year. We enjoy the location, cleanliness and the ability to bring our dog. Everything was fine, just wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely Vacation

I had a lovely vacation. The house was comfortable and a nice location. The weather was perfect. Just a matter of steps to the beach. Bedrooms, bathroom and the kitchen were in good working order.

This house was clean, bright and cozy. Very convenient to the beach. The front porch was delightful. The neighborhood was very quiet. A wonderful time had by all.

Great Week with our family and dog

Tammy's place checked all the boxes - clean, well-equipped, close proximity to the beach. Overall, our one week stay was memorable and we appreciated the quick response by Tammy on the few questions we had. Our family and beloved pet had a great time, even though the weather did not always cooperate. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Lower unit. Comfortable beds. Owner not on premise, but reachable as needed. Kitchen well equipped but cabinets and ceiling fans need wipe down. We don’t have a pet, but pet hair from previous tenants kept resurrecting in main living area. Nothing major. Great rental…would recommend

Clean and well maintained. Close to beach

Nicely maintained and clean home just 3 houses from the beach. Highly recommend. We had a great time and we were able to have our pups with us. Nice communication with owner although we had no issues.

Long Beach island

We stayed 1 week starting 9/6 off season It was wonderful The house was 3 houses to the beautiful beach We lucked out with beautiful weather We had the first floor apt which was clean , open concept with a very nice front porch Tammy left great instructions regarding any thing we might need to know She also offered her phone number as well We would DEFINITELY rent this apt again Hopefully next year

Great location - needs updates

The location is perfect. This house needs fixing up to make the stay more comfortable. The rug in the living area is totally worn. The pillows are terrible. They need to clean under the beds, the fan blades, the ceiling lights, the utility closet…everything was covered in thick dust. I cleaned these areas somewhat myself but this place needs a deep clean and some decor/home updates to make it feel more sanitary.

Third good stay but needs some attention

This is our third stay here. Great location and in good shape for allowing pets. A few comments on conditions that need improvement. The unit was not well cleaned when we checked in at the required time - sand throughout, old coffee left in machine, fridge and bathroom needed to be wiped down. Pillows smelled really bad (luckily we brought some from home). Kitchen needs a new can opener. The location is great but small improvements are needed.

The property is absolutely beautiful very clean very well organized. Love the location 30 second walk to the beach beautiful neighborhood close to many things. It was so nice. I decided to extend my stay for 10 more days.

It is a very nice home. Well managed and taken care of. Every time I had a question, the host responded with minutes. It was 3 houses from the beach which made it very convenient. We have 2 dogs and had no issues.

Gotta Return Next Season

Everything promised was delivered. I’ll say no more about this gem because our plan is to return and ask for both units next season. The host, Ms. T. Yost was most accommodating and flexible. I can continue with her pleasant and cordial touch every step of the way, but I’m sure you get the idea. LOL! M.Mack and family👍
