This vacation rental boasts nautical decor, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and updated appliances ensuring the utmost comfort for you and your guests. Take advantage of the sparkling, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and then dine together at the table for four. Take a seat on the sectional sofa in the living area and stream your favorite shows and movies on the flatscreen TV. And outside, this home includes two furnished balconies where you can enjoy a refreshing beverage and gaze out over the water.

Enjoy immediate access to the canal and the bay thanks to the deeded boat slip. Just five blocks away, visit Ocean City's famous beaches, while numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment options can be found up and down Coastal Highway. And a short drive or swift bus ride can take you to one of several miniature golf courses, the Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and the historic, three-mile long, Ocean City Boardwalk.

Wonderful Property

We loved the access to the water/ dock. It was really special seeing the fireworks from the deck. Decor was great. Our grandson found 35 whales (including partial ones) and our granddaughter nick named the house "Whale House “ . We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home

Walked in to this beautifully shore themed vacation home. This home is spotless and very very clean. Sitting out back on the deck each night and relaxing on the inlet right off the bay was perfect. We walked to the beach, dinner and even ice cream. Perfect location and will definitely use again and highly recommend to family and friends!

Perfect location, spacious and spotless

The house was so perfect, great location with parking. Spacious living room, cozy kitchen with everything you need to make breakfast. Lovely back deck overlooking the canal with great comfy chairs. The rooms were well arranged and the beds comfortable. Vacasa is the property manangemt company and the place was super clean, they left everything you need for your stay (dishwashing soap, hand soap, shampoo, tp, kitchen towels etc) just really well thought out. Lots of towels and extra linen. I would definitely stay here again it was so lovely and easy walk to the beach!

Great Rental!!

The condo was tastefully, and recently renovated. It is roomy, welcoming and very well appointed. There were toys and games that our younger guests found especially entertaining. The central air conditioning worked perfectly. The adults loved the wine fridge and used it extensively. Water pressure in the Master shower was outstanding. We can't say enough great things about this unit. If we ever return to OCMD we would definitely look to rent this place again. As a beach property owner in NC, I say to the owners, " Very well done!!"

Beautiful Home, Cleanliness less than expected

The location and place itself was beautiful. You can tell a lot of thought and work has been put into this place to make it comfortable for its guest. However, it was not as clean as I hoped, especially with a cleaning crew coming before and after stays. The hardwood floors through the first floor were so dirty that our socks were stained. Both drains were not draining properly in the showers, so we were in standing water the whole time while showering. One bedroom had a layer of dust on the ceiling fan and ceiling that I hoped didn't fall on us while sleeping.

Nice home, great surroundings

We rent places a lot. At first I was concerned because the early efforts to communicate were poor. This changed dramatically as the date got closer. They were very responsive in helping us when we got there. The pics were nice but the place was nicer.

Great Stay

The house was true to its description. Very clean and tidy and lovely view of the bay from the back deck that was perfect for watching the sunset. Bonus is behind the couch was building blocks, toy trucks, sharks, and books which kept my toddler very entertained. I thought it was a welcoming touch having the play things available. Great place for a family vacation.

Quiet and cozy

The house was simple, airy and inviting. The cleanliness of the place was exceptional. The natural tone color of the first floor was modern and the bed linens were crisp and comfortable. The upstairs carpet was thick and appeared to be new. The same carpet covered the stairs (had to adjust a bit navigating the stairs due to an unlevel slant of the steps). The next-door neighbors were friendly and dining options were within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Everything we wanted and more

This place was beautiful and well taken care of by the owners. It was very updated and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. So roomy and comfortable. We loved the back deck right on the water. We spent every night there just talking and enjoying the views. It was very clean and the decors of the house were perfect for the setting. Location was perfect and a short distance to everything. We will definitely be back hopefully sooner than later. Thank you to the family for renting this out.

First Ocean City visit

This was my family's first visit to Ocean City. The townhome is well maintained and perfectly decorated. We took several strolls to get sweet treats on Coastal Highway, though we realized quickly that the idea of walking that with all our beach gear was out of the question. We opted to load up the car and park next to The Green Turtle for our beach trips. My parents loved their mornings reading on both balconies. If you are vacationing with more than 4, I would suggest bringing extra plasticwear and disposable plates/bowls. The Vacasa staff was responsive and friendly when I was unable to find a broom. We had one delivered to the townhouse within hours.

Amazing - will definitely come back!

This home is gorgeous. Very spacious (sometimes that can be hard to tell through pictures), all up to date appliances, SUPER clean, and it has so much character. It’s right down the road from the Green Turtle restaurant (an OCMD staple), a half mile walk to public beach access, and stunning views of the bay. There’s an upper and lower deck. We had everything we needed, though I suggest bringing extra trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper if you have a large group of people. Very impressed, and will absolutely be coming back to stay here!
