As you enter South Beach, you'll be greeted by an airy and well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, seamlessly flowing into the main living space. The master bedroom, with a king-sized bed, features an ensuite bath and sliding glass doors opening to the deck. Another bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom has twin beds. The second bathroom, with a shower-tub combination, is shared between these two bedrooms.

For larger groups or additional family and friends, a fourth bedroom is downstairs with a convenient half bath and an outdoor shower. The spacious decks provide ample room to chill, enjoy cocktails in the afternoon, and relish the beachfront atmosphere.

South Beach is centrally located, offering a short golf cart ride to popular spots like Abaco Inn, Firefly Resort, On Da Beach Bar and Grill, and the charming Settlement of Hope Town. Beautiful Bahamas Beachfront

We were a family of five (2 adults, and 3 grown kids) and this house allowed each to have their own bedroom. The house is right on a beauiful beach, and a great design with an open floor plan and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s not new, but has been recently “refreshed”. We loved its location on the island - close enough to Abaco Inn, Firefly and On Da Beach to walk if needed. Our caretakers, Jess and Brandon were the best and took care of our every need, picking us up from the ferry with all our luggage and provisions during an unexpected downpour and by the time we got to the house in our golf carts, they had already unloaded everything! They were our caretakers at a previous rental so we wanted to make sure we rented a house that they were looking after again - they were the best!
