The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious and secure apartment, ideally located in Paris. This accommodation has been completely renovated and is perfectly designed to accommodate up to five travelers.



The apartment includes:

• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a convertible sofa for two people, a convertible sofa for one person, a Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.

• A sleeping area: it is equipped with a Queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, as well as storage space and a ceiling fan.

• A bathroom: including a shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A fully equipped kitchen: hob, microwave, kettle, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.

The apartment also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

You will be staying in an authentic and lively neighborhood in the 13th arrondissement, close to the dynamic Place d'Italie and the Butte-aux-Cailles district, perfect for discovering Paris on foot between local life and emblematic places. A few minutes' walk away, you'll find cafes and gourmet spots like L'oisive Thé for a cozy brunch or coffee break, Ti Amo for a friendly Italian trattoria and Auberge de la Butte for traditional French cuisine, which are very popular with visitors. For your daily shopping, shops like Carrefour Express, Carrefour City and neighborhood grocery stores are all within walking distance for bread, fruit, wine and local products.

Arriving from the airports?

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Board the RER B train towards Robinson/St-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, alighting at Denfert-Rochereau. From there, a brief metro ride awaits.

From Orly Airport (ORY): Opt for the Orlyval light train to Antony, then transfer to the RER B towards Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye, stopping at Denfert-Rochereau.



Convenient Public Transport

Metro: The closest metro stop is Place d'Italie, serving Lines 5, 6, and 7, providing swift access to numerous Parisian landmarks.

Buses: An extensive bus network links the vicinity, with notable routes like Bus 27, 47, and 83 ensuring easy access to your desired destinations.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

Early Check-ins: Wishing to arrive before 3pm? We'll confirm only 24 hours prior, and it may cost 50% of a night's rate.

Late Check-outs: If you wish to stay a little longer past the official time, we'll confirm 24 hours prior, and you might be charged 50% of a night's rate.



Security Measures: A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided there are no damages.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Respectful Neighbor Policy

Kindly maintain peace and quiet. Disturbances, including parties or persistent noise, may result in withholding the full deposit.

Please note ongoing building renovations in the vicinity, which may cause occasional daytime noise.



Internet Usage Etiquette

Refrain from unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works.

Avoid browsing websites prohibited by French and European legislation.

Kindly note that internet malfunctions from telecom operators do not warrant compensation.



Professional Use & Photography

Prior approval is required for photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial activities. Contact us for rates and permissions.



Minimum Age Requirement

The minimum age for reservation is 21 years. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement. Failure to comply will result in refusal of entry, with no refund requests accepted.
