The bedroom has a new king bed, walk in closet with beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler for guests to use. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, 55" smart TV, Roku, High speed WIFI, Spectrum cable with Showtime. The bathroom has a walk in shower, plenty of fluffy towels and beach towels. Cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen.

We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
A rental agreement is required and will be sent to you for digital signature after booking.
All guests must adhere to the rules of the building.
