Lake front home, 10mm, dock, only steps to the water, close to Franky & Louies

Well maintained 3 bed/2bath home, updated paint, trim, flooring in 2024, located off the 10MM (sleeps 9) only a few steps to the dock! Quiet no wake cove so you can swim off the dock. Screened in patio area and plenty of room to hangout on the large dock. The house has 1st bed with a King and a roll out, 2nd bed with a queen and roll out, 3rd bed has a queen trundle with a twin pull out. Good size living room with fireplace, large well stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and table. Screened in patio are, fire pit, grill, and plenty of great fishing. Just around the corner from Frank and Louie's by land or a short boat ride. Ask about additional guest! No boat slip is available; however, you are welcome to tie up to the dock. Plenty of bumpers and ropes are onsite. The boat slip is utilized by the owners, but the dock is all yours while staying.

Vacation with the grandkids

It was a clean and perfect place to stay with our 5 grandkids. They had a great time in the house and on the dock. I will be coming back again.

Clean and private

This was the third year that we went to the Ozarks and by far the best place we stayed. Clean and the outside deck was perfect for fishing, swimming and just relaxing. Table out by the lake so we could sit and play games. We will definitely be returning!

Birthday weekend

We were all so impressed with our stay! House was clean and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We spent alot of time on the dock by the water. Rented a boat and were able to dock it on the property. Property manager very accessible to any questions or needs! Hope to make this an annual vacation!

Very nice house and location!

This house is at the end of a no wake cove. It's like having a cul-de-sac on the water. It's great for swimming and hanging out. Also the house was very clean and the owner was very responsive and flexible with us, as our guest list changed on us last minute. I highly recommend this place and we will be back.

Great location and wonderful space.

We come to the lake every year for a week to spend time with friends and family. This house was a perfect home base! Great kitchen/ eating space for us to prepare meals and eat together, wonderful outdoor spaces- and 3 season room- to socialize and hang out, fun dock with swim ladder and covered deck area for enjoying time once we were done pontooning, and to top it all of the comfiest beds we’ve ever slept in in a VRBO! Centrally located on land and water.

Our Favorite!

We have spent the past few years at the lake for the 4th of July, and this house is by far our favorite! It is very well maintained and cared for. The dock is in great shape and is perfect for swimming and fishing. It's located at the end of a cove with a small swim beach nearby that is perfect for little ones. We rented a tritoon for 5 days from nearby Pointe Oasis, which we highly recommend as well! The house itself is so well stocked that truly we only needed our food and clothing. Bob literally thought of everything! The added touches of completely filled propane tanks with spares, firewood for the fire pit, lily pad on the dock, lake toys, beach towels and plenty of cleaning and paper products made our stay even better! There is plenty of beautiful and well maintained seating both inside the home and on the dock. Bob was amazing and accommodating from booking to departure. We having been looking for a consistent home to rent, and I believe we have found it!

Amazing Experience

We took a family vacation with all the kids and grandkids. The house was perfect for the amount of people we had. Anything you could think of that you would need was there. Bring your clothes and food and you’re all set! We spent most of our time on the large dock, swimming, paddle boating and using the inflatables that were provided with the house. Some of our guests stayed in their camper at a campground right down the road and were able to go back and forth using the golf cart which the kids loved. Franky and Louie’s is also very close, they have a bar, amazing food and a beach. We also rented a tritoon for 24 hours and were able to dock it at the house overnight. Highly recommend this property! The owner was available for questions and was very friendly!

Summer Vacay 2022

The house was set up perfectly for our family. The dock was great - our grandsons had alot of fun swimming off the dock. A bit crazier in the cove over the weekend with the campers from Deer Valley but the week days were very peaceful. Enjoyed our stay!

Amazing place!

My sisters, friends and I stayed here this past weekend. We were pleasantly surprised to find the house so clean. It was stocked with all of the basics and much more! We had a blast and we will definitely rent this place again. The owner was great at communicating with me, which was an added bonus.

Memory making getaway

The owner was easy to communicate with, everything promised was there. We even found fish bait in the patio fridge. The house is comfortable and clean with everything you need on vacation. The dock is easy to get to, even if you have bad knees, and the cove is quiet and private.

My wife Jenny and I are both originally from SW Iowa. We purchased the Lake House in the summer of 2020 and moved to the lake fulltime in FEB 2024. We love the lake life! Fishing, Boating, Golfing, and don't forget hanging out with great friends and people here at the lake. We enjoy sharing the lake house with guests so everyone can get a piece of the lake and all it has to offer.

The area we are in is great! People all around us are fun and friendly we are right over the hill from Franky & Louies one of the lakes "Hot spots". They have live entertainment, sand beach, great food and drinks. You can rent boats and they have a boat ramp.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have very calm water which make a great area for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding or just hanging on the dock relaxing. No big waves crashing into the dock.
