Beautiful three bedroom, two bath, 2087 square ft. home. Large front yard with built in fire pit, putting green and children's playhouse. Lovely backyard with hot tub, gas barbecue and stone water fountain feature! Master bedroom, King bed with bathroom and private deck with small fire pit. Second bedroom, King bed opening up to backyard deck. Third bedroom queen bed which also opens up to backyard deck. 5 minute drive to Carmel Beach and the Pebble Beach Lodge.

Alicia was a wonderful host, and was communicative. The house's location was central to all the spot in Monterey we wanted to god. The interior of the house was cozy and relaxing. The exterior was great for all ages. Highly recommend this house!

Wonderful home & beautiful property. We had absolutely zero issues & would love to stay there again. Perfect location for visiting Carmel, Pebble Beach, and Monterey.

This is an amazing property! Communication was excellent and very responsive. House was very well stocked with all the supplies you could need. We enjoyed the fire pit putting green and hot tub. Convenient location for golf and easy access to Carmel, Monterrey and vineyards. Highly recommend staying here.

Friends weekend in Monterey

This was the perfect place for a group of friends to relax and catch up while taking advantage of local events and attractions. Great kitchen that we put to good use along with wonderful outdoor spaces. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Our host was very attentive and helpful, making us feel like VIPs. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Monterey getaway home

This was a perfect spot for relaxing in 17mi drive and taking in the Del monte Forrest. House had plenty of room for 4 people. House was supper clean with thoughtful welcoming basket

Great getaway for friends!

Plenty of wonderfully appointed space, yet comfy-cozy, too

The two of us spent a full week at this split-level house in one of Pebble Beach's neighborhoods that is not intimidating, not glitzy, not too far from the gated entrance, and therefore just about perfect for us. We found everything exactly as promoted in the listing description and photos, so there were no unpleasant surprises or unforeseen things we needed to run out and secure for our stay. Quite the opposite! -- we had packed many things for the week that our hosts provide for those who stay at the house, and we wanted for nothing for the duration. Provisions are plentiful, and if you book this property and wonder about anything, you'll find the hosts quick to answer your questions and eager to help you with any plans. We have stayed in the area almost annually for a few years now, and to have found this property was our good fortune. That it has a hot tub, a lovely fountain, and a fire pit were bonuses.

Perfect Stay for Three Couples

My wife and I celebrated our 50th Birthdays with friends and had the such a great time at this Pebble Beach Property. Alicia was very accommodating and helpful and the property was beautiful and comfortable for 3 couples. We'll rent again or next time in!

Perfection in Pebble

We have stayed at so many vacation rentals. We usually stay in about two a year in various CA locations. This might be our top rental ever. The listing is better in person. We came in to a wonderful smell, extremely clean home. The more we stayed, the more we appreciated the cleanliness, the detail for people staying there and various amenities. The fire pit and the putting green felt like icing on the cake for the home itself. Not even to mention that the host was so helpful and available. It made me excited to share details of our trip with her along the way. A note to those with older family members: there are 10 steps into the home and 5 steps from the living space to the area with bedrooms. Our 93 year old grandmother has a hard time with stairs, but due to the railings, these were no issue for her. The children's toys and plates were also a happy surprise to have for our young kids. Thank you for a wonderful weekend in the coastal forest!

Conference getaway

Beautiful home. Amazing for entertaining but perfect for just a couple too. Everything was tiptop. Stocked with everything you can imagine. Such an easy stay and your host, Alicia, is so kind. Perfectly Beautiful

Perfect home away from home for our family to meet up for a long holiday weekend. Everything you could possibly need and more. The beautiful grounds, sitting around the large fire pit making s’mores, the darling playhouse for my grandsons, the putting green. Just a beautiful comfortable home. Property manager was very accommodating. Checking in and out process and communication with the manager couldn’t have been easier. Hope we can do it again soon!

Pebble Beach forest retreat

This was just what we needed. A beautiful home nestled in a quiet neighborhood hidden among the trees. The fire pit was a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and chat with family members. The hot tub was so nice after a day on the golf course. All in all just a fantastic way to spend a few days.
