Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom apartment for 5 guests situated on the second floor. With just 3-minute stroll, you'll reach a breathtaking beach and a serene river. The location offers easy access to numerous tourist attractions, delightful restaurants, vibrant bars, and El Yunque, the only tropical rainforest in the United States. Additionally, we provide the convenience of a full back-up diesel generator for your peace of mind. Experience a truly remarkable stay at our Airbnb.

The space
Welcome to our fully equipped apartment, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The living space boasts stylish furnishings that create an inviting atmosphere, ideal for unwinding with a cocktail or enjoying quality moments with your loved ones. Stay connected with High-Speed Internet access while relishing the privacy provided by our enclosed complex. Your security is our priority, as we have CCTV surveillance in place, and each apartment is allocated a designated parking space.

This spacious apartment comprises 2 large bedrooms, designed to ensure a pleasant stay. The main bedroom features a comfortable full-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a full-sized bed and a twin-sized bed. For your convenience, all bedrooms are equipped with individual AC units.

No PETS allowed.

The apartment features a full bathroom with a refreshing shower, and a designated parking spot is available for your vehicle. The living room is thoughtfully furnished, creating a cozy space for lounging and relaxation. While there are plenty of dining options in the area, the fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you need, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and cooking wares, should you choose to prepare your meals at home.

Backyard Area
This area it been designed to enjoy alone or with friends.
Our Wood deck is ready for relaxation, meditations, read a book, have breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy a nice night with a perfect illumination.
This area is also perfect to Birdwatching our Woodpeckers friends. we have around 8 Woodpecker that live in the backyard trees.
We also have smoker friends and even that apartment is non-smoking area, we have a area on a backyard to seat and enjoy your smokes.
No PETS allowed.
Our New addition to the Backyard is the Swimming pool area we're you can enjoy this area separate from a wood deck.

This 2 bedroom, full kitchen property was just what we needed for our 4 night stay. Short walk to the beach. Pool on property. Excellent restaurants near by. Secure property. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect hidden treasure!

Everything you need in a very cozy apartment to enjoy the many PR attractions, especially those on the east coast. Walking distance to the beach, very short ride to the famous Luquillo kiosks, El Yunque, Hacienda Carabali, Fajardo, etc. The managers are very friendly, flexible and responsive to all questions/needs. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Close to adventures

My two young adult sons loved the area. El Yunque is close by as they love hiking the trails and riding the ATVs. Then after eating at Luquillo Kioskos. Close to many beaches which is ideal for me. We want to return to ride horses at beach. Advance reservation is a must. We didn't have enough time to do all the things we wanted as it was a weekend getaway. Host Jesus and his wife are very attentive ensuring we had everything we needed. Definitely recommending friends and family. Thank you so much...

Simple and Basic Apartment Room

Overall a wonderful place! Quiet property with nice shaded outdoor space. Pool was very clean. Would of liked having more comfortable furniture, and foot rest to return to after long day out.

Great location and value

We had a terrific stay here with our nephew. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Communication was top-notch and check-in and check-out were simple. Close enough to walk to restaurants and the nice beach if you enjoy walking.

Quick winter getaway

Clean and convenient location. Beautiful beaches close by and an easy drive or longer walk up the beach to Luquillo kiosks. Sounds of Coquis in the yard at night with the breaking waves in the distance was lovely. I locked us out of the apartment and lost a key- the hosts were very attentive and kind about this which I truly appreciated! One thing is- I didn’t think the apartment was a 3 minute walk to the beach. The beach at the end of the block was not accessible. A block over in front of the basketball court was- and I swam there but would not have felt comfortable setting up there for the day because it seemed like someone’s property. Maybe that’s just me.. The public beach was more like a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive— still close! Would stay again for sure. Thank you!

Quiet getaway location

This is a great location between San Juan and Fajardo which makes for easy access to both of those places as long as you have a rental car. The owners are very nice and helpful. The local beaches are great and the kioskos have excellent food.

Wonderful Property With Wonderful Hosts

This is a two bedroom, one bath, second floor apartment. Included is a living room with a television with many viewing options and reliable WiFi for those of you who may have some work to do while in Luquillo. There is a fully equipped kitchen in case you want to prepare your own meals. The air conditioners worked great. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, in a slightly remote section of the town. I did get a little lost when first looking for the place at night, but the hosts were available by phone. They were kind and patient with me in directing me to the property. It’s a brief walk to the most stunning and virtually private beach. Make sure you go to the left and then go to the right and there you are ~ in Paradise. The back “yard” has an above-ground pool and several sitting areas with funky lighting. Great accommodations, great hosts, best town in Puerto Rico.

A PASOS is our family beach house. We bought because one day we saw an advertisement for sale "house at few steps "A PASOS" from beach. We start making jokes about how many steps... but we decide to see it.. one we arrived we love the house, the community, the beach, the river and was near all needs.

This is a quiet place. Nature is present. House is super clean and comfortable. backyard is huge.

This house is near to all. Walking distance to beach and River. Also, near food restaurant is amazing. El Yunque Rainforest is just a 10min drive up the mountain.
