Walk to beautiful Wells Beach, sleeps six, 3 bed, 2 bath

Welcome! Our three bed, two bath home is across the street from the marsh and less than 1,000 steps from beautiful Wells Beach. In season, you are a short walk away from the Loveshack Juicery, Rollover Cafe and the arcade. A little further down the road you’ll find Billy’s and Fish Camp. In the off season the walkable restaurants are closed, but you can enjoy long peaceful walks on the beach, take a drive along the beautiful Maine coast, or snuggle up with a good book in front of the electric fireplace.

Our home is three stories. The kitchen and living room are on the second floor, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the marsh while you’re sipping coffee. We updated our living room furniture the 2024 season so it’s even more comfortable. We now have a Lovesac couch and movie sac. The ground floor consists of a bedroom with a king sized bed, bathroom, and washer/dryer. The third floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The larger bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and views of the marsh. This is the brightest room in the house, best for early birds. This room also has a desk and we have a computer monitor and HDMI cable available if you need to get some work done during your stay. The smaller bedroom has a full sized bed with a twin bunk above, suitable for a child (ages 6+). This room has a TV/Roku and you can sign into your streaming account(s).

Linens are provided. For the sleepers that like white noise, we offer a small sound machine in each of the three bedrooms.

We have a beach wagon that you can use to tow your things to the beach. We also have sand toys for the kids, and a combination of six beach loungers/chairs.

Our small backyard features a grill, fence, and a small grassy area. We have outdoor shower, which is in use from June through the end of September.

Things to be aware of before booking:
This home is in a residential neighborhood. To be respectful of our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am and they are strictly enforced.
You must be comfortable with stairs

House sleeps 6 - 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full (with a twin bunk above suitable for kids 6+).
No parties.
There is parking for 2-3 cars and no street parking.
