THINGS TO KNOW
New homes are being constructed along the beach that may obstruct view.
One of the shared saltwater pools is heated seasonally.
WiFi service may be limited in times of peak occupancy.
Be respectful of the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Parking charge of $40 for two cars must be purchased at the front office.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 5.

Security camera details: Regency Towers is a gated community with security and 24 hour monitoring.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
