With just a short stroll to the beach, it features a wood burning fire place, custom closets, gourmet kitchen with a custom free standing island and farm sink, laundry room, 1 car garage and more. Relax in the fenced in area under the covered patio, along with a fire pit heated pool and spa. 1,492 square feet of space. Take the trolley to Bean Point, or historic Bridge St. Have a bite at Chateau Anna Maria, or the Beach Bistro or grab a burger and enjoy the game at Skinny's. Go paddle boarding or kayaking in the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf Of Mexico.

​​​​​​​We might be only 7 miles long but Anna Maria has everything you could possibly need for your perfect
beach vacation. Traveling with a little one? All our homes come with pack & plays and highchairs. Need
more? There are several great rental places that have everything from baby gates to golfcarts, and they
will drop them right off at your vacation property for you. No need to pack beach towels we provide
those for you.
Remember we are laid back and on Island time - Flip-flops and shorts are ok for breakfast, lunch and
dinner no need to overpack you will most likely be in your cutest bathing suit or bikini anyways.
No need to pay the crazy high fees to check all those bags! With Publix, CVS, and Walgreens right on the
island you can grab any sunscreen, hair product anything needed, why haul it all with you?

NO CANCELLATION FEES Cancellation Policy (Effective for reservations made on or after August 13, 2025) Cancel 60+ days before arrival → Full refund (no fees). Cancel within 60 days of arrival → No refund. Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Beach Retreats on or before the 60-day deadline. $500.00 deposit due at booking. Final payment due 60 days before arrival; once paid, it's non-refundable. Extended stays (over 2 weeks) or bookings over $20,000 → Full payment due 90 days before arrival; once paid, it's non-refundable. Third-party travel insurance purchased through Beach Retreats is non-refundable.
If the Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, it must be done outside of the 60-day cancellation period, or normal cancellation rules apply. No changes are permitted during the stay.

Written notice is required to cancel a reservation; an email from the address associated with the reservation is acceptable as written notice.

For canceled reservations with a check-in date equal to or less than 60 days away: We will open the property back up to the rental market and if the property re-rents we will refund the guests the rental rate minus the $495 processing fee and any price differential

If Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, the normal cancellation policy applies. No changes are permitted during the stay.
