The property has its own private dock so you can fish, launch your kayak or paddle board! 5 minute walk from the ocean. 2 pools in the community during season, outdoor shower. Spacious outdoor lot with four available parking spots, two under the house. Wrap around deck.

Outstanding Stay in OIB

This home was absolute perfection! Clean, centrally located and decorated in the best of style. The host was amazing; right on top of any concerns with quick communication. I can't wait to return to this lovely vacation spot in OIB. Simply the best!

Relaxing week

House was perfect for our group of 4 but could easily accommodate 8. The back deck was amazing for sitting and enjoying the views of the sound. All the rooms were good size and never felt cramped. Beach access was a very short walk, probably 100 yards. House clean and well kept. The only issues we had was the ceiling fan remote didn't seem to work properly and the tv remote downstairs had issue with the volume button. Some of the blinds didn't have the rods to open and close them as well. Regardless, it wasn't a big deal and we plan to stay there again in the future because of everything the house and location offered.

Veteran’s Day weekend trip

Beautiful house and beautiful location! The waterway views from this house were amazing! Unfortunately the weather was not great so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside spaces as much as we would have liked. The inside was clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for 2 families. The king bedroom was advertised as having a twin bed also but it was a trundle stored under the king bed. It took a few minutes to find the bed! We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

The location is the best! The sound is beautiful and we enjoyed kayaking. The ocean is a mere 5 minute walk and the beach area is less crowded. Overall a great time!

Wonderful views!

We had a great time at this house. Our favorite place we’ve stayed at OIB! Beautiful views of the water, short, manageable walk to the beach. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful quite Spring break

Great location and a lovely home. April and her Husband were very responsive. Check-in was simple and easy. The house was easy to find. Being on the Inlet side was a nice change of scenery for us. The beach is a short walk to get to. Great time of year to go. Thank you so much for having us!!

Wonderful fall beach trip

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for a long weekend here. Coming in the off season was nice and quiet and the views from the deck were truly stunning, you didn’t even miss the beach views (though the beach was very close and convenient). The house was a great size, well equipped, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and fast. Would definitely stay here again.

Our first visit to Ocean Isle! This home was absolutely perfect! Great views from the home that had everything we needed. My kids loved fishing & kayaking every day. Short walk to the most beautiful beach. Great restaurants & shops. We can’t wait to return to this piece of paradise. Thank you!

Calming experience.

Our Stay at April's property was so calming and refreshing. Just sitting on the deck overlooking the sound was so relaxing. Everything was just as it said in the listing. April was very prompt with any questions we had. One of the best vacay's we have had.

Bringing in the New Year

My small family of 4 had a great time staying at this home on Jinks Creek at Ocean Isle Beach. The home is very nice, clean and is well maintained. It was plenty big for the four of us. We had no issues with check-in or communication leading up to our stay and the homeowners were very quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed the back deck and the dock. Watching the sunset on the dock was unbelievable and is one of the best we have seen! We got lucky with abnormally warm weather in winter time and took advantage of it by going fishing and exploring in the creek during low tide! The beach - sand and waves are also only about a block away from the house and is a very short walk. We have visited OIB many times over the years and this was one of our favorites! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Incredible sunset views, don’t hesitate before booking!

My family comes to Ocean Isle every year and this is the first time we stayed in this house and it was incredible! You have views from every window of the sound where you can see wildlife and AMAZING sunsets. Head out to the dock to fish or take out one of the kayaks. It is also only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were incredible and very responsive. 4 large bedrooms made it a very comfortable stay for my large family. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and we will be staying there again!
