We are 15 minutes to Beaufort or Harkers Island. 30 minutes to Cedar Island Ferry to Ocracoke, Core Sound, Cape lookout, Atlantic Beach, and so much more!
We have gorgeous views of Jarret Bay from the front porch, bedroom, reading room, and sunroom.

Our bedrooms have plush top of the line mattresses. A purple level four king bed in the master. And two Nectar twin mattresses in the secondary room. We also have a full size futon in the front reading room that can sleep two additional guests.

Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking adventures.

Bring your own boat or kayak and enjoy the bay using our sand boat launch across the street. Dip your feet in the water and bring some chairs and water shoes as this little sandy spot is sure to please. You can also go fishing or crabbing from the beach across the street.
Our charming home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a family room, living room, dining area, sunroom, and fire pit. Our property is across the street from a sandy boat launch that you are welcome to use.

We are centrally located in a rural area and are directly on highway 70. Our home is at the edge of a curve so you must feel comfortable backing out of the driveway or carefully turning around in the grass. Some guests notice road noise so if you’re sensitive to that, please ask questions before booking. The noise doesn’t bother us or our four kids. Also across the street you can take a tour of an Oyster Nursery from April-October. Please note, we are pet free due to family allergies. These allergies include all cats and dogs of any kind. Pets or otherwise. Thank you for upholding our no pet policy. We are on the water. We experience severe weather occasionally. If you are traveling during hurricane season I HIGHLY RECOMMEND travel insurance. I cannot refund disrupted stays due to weather events and circumstances beyond my control. We do not have a generator. If power goes out, so does the well water and wifi. If you contact me asking for a refund due to weather or loss of power beyond my control, I will follow my cancellation policy which you can find in your booking details. Please buy travel insurance.
