Easy beach access
It was easy access to the beach via 2 different boardwalks, and the 2 pools were nice (one is really big!). Garbage dumpsters were easy to find and use. The condo itself needs a LOT of TLC... outlets not working, many wall switches not working, the door/keypad was HORRIBLE to try and open/lock. My handyman husband made a minor adjustment to it so we could open and close it without a 5 minute ordeal every time, but the door knob should be replaced from all the wear and tear that's been imposed on it to try and get in the place. The sleeper sofa needs to be replaced (when folded all the way out, it pitches downward at the end so that you spend all night sliding down and having to pull yourself back up to the head of it). We were told to tell the attendant there was a parking pass in the unit... there was not. It was a FIFTY DOLLAR expense we were not prepared for. We were not in the unit most of the day, but it would be nice for it to be comfortable enough to spend evenings in. The kitchen was nice and it was nice to have a washer and dryer right in the unit. There's just a lot of little things that could be added/fixed that would make it SO much more appealing and homey.
