Welcome to Luana Kai Resort Unit A202. As you walk into the unit you are drawn to the direct unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean where the beach is just a very short walk away, across from the greenbelt of the Waipuilani Park without having to cross any streets.
A202 can be your perfect place to enjoy the ambiance of the islands with the ocean views from the lanai, watching the gorgeous sunsets and the whales frolicking during the winter months, swimming, snorkeling, rowing in your kayak, stand-up paddling or even just chilling on the beach or the pool. Explore the long stretch of the beach with your loved ones and feel the freshness of the ocean air. At night the Luana Kai resort is illuminated by Tiki torches to provide a romantic ambiance of the islands.
Whether you are planning a trip up to Mount Haleakala to watch the sunrise or sunset, taking a drive along the scenic route to Hana, snorkelling at Molokini or visiting the numerous wonderful beaches in Maui, A202 is your perfect base as the Luana Kai Resort is centrally located. Shopping, restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, a Farmers market and the Kihei Swap Meet are just a few minutes drive away.
A202 is accessible only by stairs (one floor above the ground level) as there are no elevators in the resort. A202 is provided with all the amenities to make your stay here very comfortable, including a fully-stocked kitchen and split-system air-conditioning in both the bedroom and living room.
For those that are into Tennis and Pickleball, there are courts nearby where you can play till your heart’s content but are far enough that you will not be bothered by the sounds of the action.
The unit includes, free parking, WiFi, Cable TV, local and long-distance calls to the mainland US and Canada, a King-sized bed and a Queen-sized sofa bed for additional guests. The entire complex is smoke-free but there are designated smoking areas provided. The pool, spa, separate men's and women's sauna and BBQ grills are a few steps away from the unit.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.
I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years. We are on site in the front office and can take care of you. We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
