Stunning remodeled cottage, central location!

This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom completely renovated, cottage is the ideal property for your next stay at Kiawah Island. 4182 Baldpate Court is located on a quiet cul-de-sac enviably close to Kiawah’s pristine beach, the five-star Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park, and the shops and eateries of East Beach Village. This stunning cottage offers beautiful scenic woods views from its screened-in porch, balcony and deck. With unique furnishings selected by design professionals and upscale countertops and appliances, your luxurious vacation experience awaits.

House does allow one dog under 50 lbs for a $225 pet fee.

No smoking permitted. Fireplace is not usable.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest you will receive:
Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.


Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Very pretty and comfortable cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here several days with our two Golden Retrievers and our Cavalier King Charles. The beds were comfortable, tv room nice, and the location is great — especially if you are traveling with dogs. Night Heron Park is right around the corner so we could easily set out to walk our dogs and the convenience of being able to pick up food items from The Nest was perfect. The actual cottage is in a cul-de-sac and the area was nice and quiet.

Great location

We’ve been to Kiawah dozens of times. Well-stocked kitchen in a perfect location. Maybe look to reinstall dishwasher as the kickplate was loose, making it difficult to close.

Location was great! The house was clean and updated with lovely decor. Kitchen was well stocked with almost everything you need to cook. I would suggest adding cutting board and some sort of glass storage containers. This rental is missing a grill which is HUGE for being at the beach. Other houses had them so it must not be an HOA violation. Another suggestion would be an outdoor shower and hooks for hanging beach towels to dry. There is not a place to dry beach towels and you will get notified quickly if you leave them to dry on the porch railing.

Perfect cottage on Kiawah for family vacation

The recently updated cottage was beautiful ! The beds were very comfortable. We couldn’t believe all of the kitchen supplies available to us. Choice of Keurig and drip coffeemaker. Pots and pans galore. The unit was very clean and very nice televisions in each room. In four days we played golf, bicycled, went to the beach, out for dinner and went swimming.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house and a great location on Kiawah Island. We really enjoyed the large spacious kitchen and dining area. The outdoor porch was very nice, but had some stains on the chair cushions. Overall a great property though there are a few issues that we found. There's black mold on the vent in the Jack and Jill bathroom. One of the ceiling fans did not work in the living room. We did not bring this up to anyone but I'm sure that they would have addressed it if I did.

It was very clean, beds were comfy, kitchen well appointed and the screened porch was a favorite spot for our morning coffee. This location is very close to beach access at Boardwalk 18 by either bike or walking and there’s a parking lot across from access if you need to drive. Property was across the street from Night Heron Park, The Nest Cafe and the pool area. Highly recommend! Thank you ESPM for excellent communication and follow up before, during and after our stay!

Lovely Condo, Great Location

We had a lovely visit and enjoyed the condo very much. It was clean and decorated beautifully. Our visit was at the end of the season (Labor Day) and I felt like the kitchen was lacking a few essentials (baking sheet, cutting board, big serving bowl). Mattresses were not the most comfortable but not a game changer for us. I would recommend to others.

ENJOYED ANOTHER VISIT TO KIAWAH ISLAND

Appreciated how clean the property was and how close to the beach. ONLY disappointment was a dog barking next door. Other than that a beautiful quiet neighborhood.

Great Location, Nice Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very well designed and updated. What was disappointing is the number of items that were wrong in the property from the moment we arrived. A castor missing from a bed frame, visible grime and mildew on all vents, dishwasher frame hanging off, and because I happened to look under all beds after noticing one castor missing on a crooked bed, so much dust and dirt under the beds. Unfortunately, for what we expected given the number of rentals we have utilized in the past this was not up to par for our standards. I will say that the property management company was very responsive and did their best to manage all of these items promptly. Once these things are resolved the property will be truly lovely, just not things I wanted to deal with when trying to relax and enjoy vacation. Location is great, close to beaches, restaurants, resorts, biking, and very quiet!

Amazing Kiawah Cottage

Beautiful and cozy cottage on Kiawah Island. Amazing location! Close to beach, golf courses, recreation center with basketball courts, frisbee golf, playground, etc. All a short bike ride or walk away. Close to Freshfields for restaurants, grocery, shopping. We had a great time and highly recommend.
