This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 2nd floor Kiawah villa is located in the Windswept Villa complex in popular East Beach, an easy stroll to the island's top amenities and miles of pristine beaches.This gorgeous villa is recently renovated and redecorated with designer inspired interiors, high-end amenities and all your need for a tranquil and hassle-free Kiawah vacation.
The kitchen, dining and living areas are very open and spacious. The kitchen is updated with stainless appliances and granite countertops, and the step down living area is equipped with a sofa bed, flat screen TV and offers access to an open deck, where you can relax in the cool shade and listen to the sound of the ocean. This villa has both a Keurig coffee brewer and also a drip coffee maker for coffee lovers.
4466 Windswept Villas comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 1 bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living area for an additional 2 guests. The guest suite offers a king bed, flat screen TV and private entry to the deck. The spacious bathroom has a tiled walk in shower with seat and granite vanity and offers a private water closet.
Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean at Windswept Woodland Suites tucked in an oceanside setting alongside Night Heron Park and The Sanctuary Hotel in East Beach Village. East Beach Village is the heart of Kiawah Island, anchored by the 21-acre Night Heron Park and legendary Sanctuary Hotel. East Beach offers the best of both worlds with easy access to Kiawah’s 10 miles of beautiful beaches and a central hub of activity for the whole family with a relaxed, social atmosphere.
You’re within walking or biking distance to Kiawah Island’s top activities, attractions and easy grocery shopping at the Town Center Market. Enjoy family-friendly activities and island celebrations at Night Heron Park, shopping and dining at The Sanctuary Hotel, award-winning tennis at the Roy Barth Tennis Center, and world-class golf at Turtle Point Golf Course. A day trip to historic Charleston is a must during your stay on Kiawah Island, only a 40-minute scenic drive away from your Kiawah Exclusives vacation rental.

Beach Access: Beach access is directly from the building at Boardwalk at 20 & 21.

Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
*Notice: From February 18 through March 31, no access will be allowed to the rear side of Ocean Buildings 3 and 4. This includes all rear boardwalks, unit walkway connectors, and rear stair access. During this time, Boardwalk 21, located between Ocean Buildings 3 and 4, will remain closed. Beach access will remain available via Boardwalks 20 and 22. Please be advised that construction activity and associated noise may occur during this time.
