Can Not Beat Location

The best home base. Room to spread out and a nice sunny pool. We rented a boat and this place was just the best for coming and going without spending a ton of time in no-wake zones. Everything you should need for a super vacation. Would definitely stay again.

Gute ausgestattetes Haus in optimaler Lage

Das Haus liegt wirklich optimal. Zum Einkaufen sind es nur wenige Minuten. Das Häuschen ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist sehr groß und sauber, benötigt allerdings ein wenig Farbe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful, Quiet, Relaxing, Comfortable Home!

Very easy, honest communication with Tim the Owner. Helpful and Open to sharing his home and its amenities. Heated pool was enjoyed daily even with cooler temperatures. Dock was right at backyard with beautiful boats to watch.

It was a good rental. Positives are location. Pool and 3 bathrooms. Beds comfortable. Negatives one tub rusted. No garbage disposal. No smart TV’s and cable only on 1 bedroom tv.

A pleasant get a way

We had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. The home was clean, spacious for the 4 of us. The beds and furniture was comfy. The description of the property was on the mark.

Lovely relaxing home!

So many great things about this home! Tim was extremely helpful, welcoming and accommodating. We spoke multiple times prior to arriving in Florida, and he was only a phone call away if we needed anything once here. His home is spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen appears to be recently renovated and is plenty big for cooking large meals. We spent most of our time outside by the pool - plenty of space to lay around pool and enjoy the sun and water. We were familiar with the neighborhood, so knew ahead of time it was in a great location. All stores are only a few minutes away. Our trip down here was to house hunt, and while we did purchase a home we would absolutely stay here again in the future if our house was not available, as well as recommend to family and friends. Thanks again for everything, Tim!

Quiet peaceful and relaxing!

Tim made this a very easy experience. We had no issues at all, the house was great, we enjoyed the pool every day and enjoyed fishing off the dock every morning and evening. We did not use the dock for our boat, even though we could have, but instead, put in at several locations nearby to experience Sanibel, Boca Grande pass, Caya Costa and N Captiva. It was one of the best vacations we have taken. We will be back!

Quiet and Relaxing

Great home, Great views, Great location within Cape Coral

Upon arrival, I was pleased to find this home very clean and welcoming. The décor is fun and colorful, but not over-decorated. The counters in the bathrooms and kitchen are mostly open and available for the renter to spread out personal items and groceries. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms are right off each bedroom. The kitchen is older, but clean, with a lot of counter space for cooking or hanging out. If you plan to do just simple cooking, the cookware is adequate, but for serious meal prep there are only a few pans. There are plenty of dishes, silverware, knives and utensils. The renter also has use of the garage for parking which is not always the case with rental homes. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. The water views are beautiful. And there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The home’s advertising is accurate. The owner was easy to work with and responsive phone calls, emails and texts. I would rent this home again.

Felt Right at Home

The house was more than I expected! It was well kept and very inviting. Tim was easy to talk to and was able to answer any questions I had. Great restaurants are near by as well as a grocery/shopping center with in a mile of the house. Several beautiful beaches are within a 20 minute drive (We brought home a lot of amazing sea shells from Sanible Island). My husband and I relaxed and watched the sunset every evening on the boat dock while we fished. I normally go on cruises every year, but this may become my new vacation spot every year. The place was great and very relaxing!

Beautiful home, very comfortable, great location

My brother decided to move to Cape Coral from Colorado and needed a temporary place to stay while he was looking for a home. Rather than stay with me, or in a hotel, he asked me to look for a vacation rental. I was lucky enough to find this home at the last minute. Tim, the owner, was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He was flexible and accommodating, even extended the stay when we needed to. The home is perfectly laid out, with 3 large bedrooms all with private baths, a nice sized kitchen and comfortable living area. Nicely decorated, but not so pristine that you're afraid to sit on the furniture. The home was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool is lovely, with a private lanai and a nice view across a sailboat canal. The location is ideal. Cape Harbour, with Rumrunners Restaurant, the Joint, Publix, Walgreens all within walking distance.

Exceptional value

My daughter and I have stayed here for the past few years and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We absolutely love the location (Cape Harbor) and the ambience of the house. What sets it apart are the 3 bedroom 3 bath suites and the open feel throughout the house, the view from the dock and the quiet neighborhood it is situated in. It has the convenience of the shopping, groceries boating rentals and night life all within walking distance. It is a great house for entertaining friends and just relaxing by the pool while watching the boats cruise by and the beautiful sun set every night. It is the perfect retreat in the perfect location for a waterfront pool home. And, Tim (the owner) has always made the process simple.

PERFECT WINTER GET-AWAY

fFrom the minute we booked we had an excellent experience. Tim was great to work with and his home is awesome. It was exceptionally clean, the beds were super comfortable, great shower pressure and so much room. We spent a lot of time in the pool area and enjoyed coffee and reading on the dock every morning. It's a peaceful, beautiful area, located in a very nice neighborhood. Anything you could possibly need is just minutes away. We were very sad to leave and can't wait to come back! Thanks Tim!!

Perfect Florida Vacation

What a wonderful month we just spent here! The pictures of the property were perfect so there were no surprises upon entering. The home and pool were well maintained and I loved the fact that there were so many large patio doors to open to the Lanai. I almost felt like I was outdoors when I was in the kitchen! The location is perfect! The canal is wide and 2 lots away there is an intersecting canal to watch all kinds of boats come and go. Wonderful neighborhood to walk your dog, close to Cape Harbor and Publix. We loved it so much we have booked another month next year....can't wait! Thanks, Tim!

More than we hoped for!

The owner was great to work with from our first phone,to phone calls that we had after we were long gone. The property was more that we expected, it was CLEAN, large,great decore it really makes you feel like you are on vacation, well located ( there is a fun cluster of shops and resturants very near by, the pool was refreshing and the neighborhood was very nice and a great place to walk our dogs. We also like the fact that there are NO hiden fees when renting this home and like I mentioned above the owner was more than helpful and friendly!!! We will definitily stay here again!!!

Cape Coral is very quiet and most beautiful! The salt water canal in the back yard provides gulf access (20 mins by boat). The proximity to the airport (SW Fl International), beaches (Ft Myers) and shopping (Cape Harbour) makes this vacation home simply ideal!!!
