A sleek open plan studio right across from the beach, ideally located in the heart of Seagrove, right on 30A. AMAZING LOCATION. This vibrant vacation rental is a spacious studio that sleeps 5 w/ everything you need to recharge and reconnect:
✯✰Bikes, 10ft paddleboard, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach umbrella and chairs ✰✯

Perfect for couples, families, and girls trips, Destination Vacation has a fully-equipped kitchen featuring a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and an electric cooktop/oven. Also included is a Keurig coffee maker and coffee press, and a blender for your smoothies, mocktails or salsa's!

Enjoy the nights in your Luxe queen-sized bed; if needed, there's a twin trundle and also cozy bunk beds. There is a full private bath with combination tub/shower and updated vanity.

In this second-floor unit, you don't have to worry about noisy neighbors above. The private patio overlooks the community's grassy courtyard and pool/cabana area. Also located in the courtyard area are community charcoal grills.

For downtime, enjoy the 60” smart TV with cable and access to your Netflix, Disney, Prime or Hulu accounts, and a cozy fireplace to set any mood.

Destination Vacation is ideally located in Seagrove, with dozens of restaurants and shops within walking/biking distance. (30A offers a 17-mile dedicated bike path). Destination Vacation is just a 5-minute bike ride from the infamous Seaside (where “The Truman Show” was filmed).

You can also enjoy convenient access to Hwy 98, allowing you to explore the nearby cities of Destin or Panama City Beach, as well as, the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport.

As mentioned above, we provide two free bikes for getting around and there's also Butterfly Bike & Kayak just a minute walk away, providing additional bike and golf cart rental.

Publix grocery store is only a 5 min. drive or 10 min. bike ride.

We stayed for a few days in early June. The condo is close to the beach, clean, nicely decorated, and there is plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

I can’t say enough about how beautiful this condo is! It’s in a great location, close walk to the beach! The manager was amazing and very attentive to any questions or requests. Will definitely be booking this condo again in the future!

Great stay

Great location and amenities! Attentive owner. Quiet, close to beach, and 1.3 mile walk to Seaside center. We really didn't need our car after our initial trip to Publix which is only 1.5 miles away. Will rebook!

Fun decor

Cozy room for 2 with fun decor. Close enough to an excellent restaurant that we could walk to dinner and then enjoy a nice stroll on the beach afterwards. Unit was clean and owners were easy to contact and very responsive.

Exactly as described

We had a great time in Seagrove Beach. The bikes were perfect for the teenagers who were interested in biking down to Seaside every day because that's were all of the teenagers hang out. We had a couple of issues come up during our stay, but the owners were easy to contact and responsive. Overall, a fun stay.

Spring Break

My daughter and I enjoyed the stay. However, description states it had one bedroom but it’s actually a studio/hotel layout. It was clean overall but the ceiling fan blades and over hangs need a deep cleaning. The towels smelled bad also. Location is good and loved that beach chairs, cooler and umbrella were provided.

Wonderful getaway!

Last minute getaway with my girls and this place helped make it amazing! Peter was a wonderful host, quick to answer my (many) emails! The place was very clean, beds were comfy, and super stocked with all the things. My girls LOVED getting to try a paddle board for the first time. Definitely would stay here again, hopefully for a longer trip next time!

We loved our stay and had an amazing vacation. The condo was super clean, comfortable and modern. Having all the extras was a bonus, from bikes to a paddle board, they truly thought of everything. Location, the best on 30A. Easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. We loved our stay and when we go back we will book this same condo. Thanks for a great stay!

Great condo and location

I stayed in the condo with my teen. It was perfect for the two of us. The condo was exceptional in location, convenience, cleanliness and amenities. The host was very responsive and provided all the essentials, plus some great bonuses (such as bikes and beach chairs). We were thrilled with our stay. Our only issue and recommendation is to clarify checkout. Our booking stated 11am and then a later email and cleaners showed up at 10am. Just clarify that ahead of time and you can have a great time.
