Hi! Thx for viewing!
Your "refuge" is 5 yrs new, clean, and peaceful. In this quiet inlet I have seen birds, turtles, ducks,geese,heron ,deer, and of course fish. The views inside are stunning from windows everywhere. Outside, you can enjoy the sunrise and moonlit nights over the lake from your covered and private patio. Also, there are 2 kayaks for you to enjoy the lake up close. (Watercraft can be rented and arranged thru this lakes also, this is the largest lake in the Village, there is also a beach with tents and a new playground!) The Village has a lot happening being the largest planned and gated community in the U.S. There is golf, fishing, hiking/walking/biking trails, etc., and even a miniature golf course! All can be checked on HSV website before your visit. Inside this well appointed space the decor is transitional in style and all your comforts are covered. There is a comfy queen bed (w/topper) Kitchen/Dining, full size sofa bed with comfort enhancer, Kitchen/Dining, W/D, 2 GladFlat screen Smart tv with Netflix and Prime, 2 ceiling fans, black out blinds, beach chairs, beach towels.....
Follow the well lit flagstone path to your door and flat access to lake.
Easy location and arrival.
I live upstairs should you need anything.
There is so much to do and see here. Your time here will be wonderful no matter! I will be glad to see you! Best, Kim

Kim‘s place was very clean and had everything we need. They were even things in there that we didn’t anticipate needing, but she had anyway, such as sunblock.It was nice to have the kayaks available for use. The only thing we needed that we had to pick up was cooking oil, but everything else was there.

Great place to stay

My family went for a short weekend stay....we did not realize it was ...the view was beautiful, the place was clean and well stocked. The host was very nice and accommodating. The only inconvenience was that we didnt realize how far the village it was from the town of Hot Springs, so we spent alot of time driving......the amenities in the village were great, the kids enjoyed the lake, the beach, and the pool.

Great Lakefront Property

This is a wonderful one bedroom property on the largest lake in Hot Springs Village. Two kayaks for use, with the lake 50 feet from the door. Beautiful neighborhood and miles of walking, with very little traffic. Very quiet. The host, Kim, is very responsive and helpful. Great place to spend a few days at the lake.

Great Lake Getaway

It was a great stay. The listing was an accurate description. It was amazing to wake up and walk to the water. We were able to kayak and fish. Be aware that you can hear the owner upstairs and the shower pressure is not great. Outside of that it was great. The community was beautiful and friendly. Lots of places to eat and see/be on the water. Also multiple golf courses if that’s your thing. Highly recommend this area.

Family Fun

Thank you for the great stay over Labor Day weekend. Our boys really enjoyed fishing right out the back door and swimming in the cove. The sunrise lake view in the morning was wonderful as well. Your accommodations for a family of 4 were perfect and spacious. We hope to see you again!

Relaxing Weekend on the Water

We absolutely adored this place! Kim is probably the kindest and most wonderful host we’ve encountered in all of our stays using VRBO. The apartment is clean and well kept as well as nicely decorated. Absolutely everything you need for a relaxing get a way. Kim’s dog, Rudy is the cutest and so sweet! We also got to meet Kim’s daughter and her dogs! This was our first trip to Hot Springs Village. We live in another community built by the same builder and wanted to see HSV. We chose the right Host!

Great get-away home!!!!

My granddaughter and I just returned from a very relaxing stay on Lake Balboa. And when I say "on" Lake Balboa, it is ON Lake Balboa! We could walk out our door and the lake was right there! It could not have been more convenient. Kim offered the use of 2 kayaks - which we enjoyed using - and we also utilized the floatation devices she graciously provided as well to float out on the lake. If a sandy beach is more to your liking, Lake Balboa Beach is just a very short drive (maybe 5 minutes?) away. Kim is a delightful host and answered any questions we had very quickly. The bed was quite comfortable and the entire stay was relaxing and enjoyable. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly!

Mini vacation

This vrbo made our mini vacation so effortless by providing everything we could need to enjoy the “beach” on lake balboa. We borrowed towels, pool floats, noodles, etc and it was so nice not having to pack and bring those things. We really enjoyed the view from this lakeside property. The area is very peaceful and the kayaks added another fun adventure for our trip. Check in was easy and straight forward. The host was friendly and easy to contact as needed. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the lakefront property, waking up to views of the lake, and using the kayaks and tubes in the lake. Kim does a great job with little touches of snacks and brochures.

Great place with grear amenities

Had a wonderful stay. This apartment had everything we needed. The kayaks made it worth it. Very safe and security neighborhood. Little bit of a drive to Hot Springs but worth it. Kim was a great host.

Peaceful and beautiful

It was a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful lake view almost at the water's edge. Very private We could see ducks swimming, storks flying and squirrels running around. Clean and landlord vas kind and friendly. Strongly recomend.

This is such a beautiful property and the setting is fantastic; on the lake but in a quiet cove. There is no noise and no wake. Flat access from your door to lake. From seawall two built in steps into lake

The location! View is fantastic! You can see across lake to the Marina and Besch! The sunrises/sunsets are incredible!
And there are 2 Kayaks and equipment provided, assorted floats, beach towels, beach chairs, assorted size life jackets WOW!
