Soon, you’ll be luxuriating all day on that beach without a worry on your mind. After your day at the beach, end your day on the balcony as well, with a tropical drink in hand as the setting sun turns the sky a brilliant orange. There is nothing like the beauty of a Marco sunset, and, from the 10th floor, the views are stunning, quiet, and private.

In the living room, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow for the natural sunlight to perfectly decorate and enhance the interior. Beach-inspired fabrics, paintings, and décor are reminiscent of all of the comforts of the beach below your feet. To top it all off, the endless Gulf of Mexico is your constant backdrop as you relax on the stylish couches in the comfort of the living room or enjoy a meal at the dining room table.

The bright kitchen comes fully stocked with all of the modern stainless steel appliances and cookware that you need to make the perfect meal to enjoy on the glass dining room table or balcony, including a convection oven with an air fry feature.

As you begin to wind down, both bedrooms come with televisions and ample closet and drawer space. The master bedroom, in particular, features sliding door access to the balcony, so that you can drift away to the calming sound of the gentle waves breaking on shore.

The unit comes with comfort-enhancing features including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella.

You’re just a few steps from the warm waters of Tigertail Beach, where the activities are never-ending. Stroll along the shore in search of shells. Charter a fishing boat. Or sit back and watch dolphins playing in the surf.

The South Seas is filled with deluxe amenities as far as the eye can see. Unwind in a heated pool with sun loungers shaded by tiki umbrellas. Play pickleball or tennis on numerous scenic courts beside Clam Bay. For something a little more slow paced there is shuffleboard, putting green and bocce ball. Work out in the fitness center, cook on the charcoal grills, or enjoy the daily activities in the social room. Onsite boat slips are available for rent as well.

Afterwards, take a short walk to one of the Island’s favorite restaurants, like Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, or Thai Sushi by KJ.
