106 Windsor Place is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Plank-style porcelain floors providing the wispy look of weathered driftwood, modern living room furniture, and a paint palette of soft coastal hues. This condo is located in an oceanfront building just steps to the beach and the complex amenities. Guests will enjoy a view of the grass lawn and trees, oceanfront swimming pool, and glimpses of the Atlantic Ocean. Welcome to paradise!

As you enter 106 Windsor Place, conveniently located on the first floor, there is a dining table that seats six guests in the comfort of four high-back, cushioned wood chairs, and two all-fabric high-backed end chairs. The harmonious low country vibes immediately remind you of the airy, breezy feeling of the beach and the fact that you are on vacation!

On the right of the entry greets you the updated kitchen with all new appliances and backsplash and countertops! The laundry room is also located in the kitchen to the left of the fridge with a full-sized washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to feel at home and to enjoy your vacation!

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, with a modern leather sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, accent pillows that provide ultimate comfort during your vacation. A Smart flat-screened TV is mounted on the wall above the console, perfect for watching movies with the family—and it is Wi-Fi ready for streaming your favorite programs from your Hulu or Netflix account. With such a soothing color scheme, tasteful decorations, and technology options, guests will be in heaven!

The large covered deck may be accessed through a sliding glass door. A round teak-wood table with four chairs are bar height for excellent views, and two other chairs and side table to provide ample seating outdoors. Drink a hot cup of coffee in the morning, sip a cool lemonade while basking in the sunshine or a glass of wine in the evening while you watch the sunset. Take in the ocean breeze, along with sweeping views of the lush tropical landscaping, and peeks of the waves rolling in!

The master bedroom features a king sized bed and shares the same views as the living room while you can lie in bed and see the tropical trees. There is yet another flat screen TV in the master for catching up on current events and a sleek reclaimed wood sliding door to the private bath, truly giving the feeling of an upscale retreat. Enjoy the soaking tub after a great day of tanning at the beach and a separate walk in shower. Granite countertops with double sinks, a walk-in closet with hangers a blow dryer all spell convenience for our valued guests.

On the opposite side of the condo is the charming guest suite -- situated with a door that closes off the bedroom, guest bathroom with a walk in shower and closet from the rest of the Villa, for a luxurious feeling of privacy. This room is tastefully decorated in the soothing colors and two beds; 1 Queen size and one Double size. This suite has a separate glass sliding door accessing the deck and outdoor seating.

In addition, the guest bedroom has a flat-screen TV that has cable TV but is also Wi-Fi ready for streaming your favorite shows. Simply log-in to your account such as Hulu or Netflix and never miss a beat on your favorite programs.

The adjoining bathroom to this suite has a waterfall shower, subtle blue ocean-pattern tiled walls and a floor that is reminiscent of the sand and shell theme of this suite. The shower features a fold-away teak wood bench and is equipped with ample hooks for your wet swimwear and towels. A blow dryer is provided.
