Main Level. This spacious and inviting home has a large living room with vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and a TV. It's the perfect place to spend time with friends and family in the evening. The kitchen is furnished with modern appliances, granite countertops, and it's ready for cooking up those sweet treats that you can enjoy by the dining table. You can also step on the deck with a few chairs and a barbecue grill. Right through a hallway, you will get to the master bedroom. Large bedroom with king-size bed, fireplace, TV, and ensuite bathroom with steam shower and soaking tub. In the hallway, you will find a half bathroom and washer and dryer. You can also step on the deck with a few chairs and a barbecue grill.

Top Level. Just a few steps up from the main level, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed.

Lower lever. The lower level of the home features a second family room and two bedrooms. On one side of the house, there is a bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the other side, you will find a bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. As you walk downstairs, there is a second family room with another gas fireplace and TV. From here, you can also walk out to the deck, back yard, and hot tub.

Parking. There is a two-car heated garage for those cold and snowy days.

Internet. Fast internet access throughout the house.

Getting Around. The home is located on the free town bus route. The bus stop is only 2 blocks away. It would take you to Main Street or Gondola.

Health and Safety. Due to the COVID-19, our cleaning lady is taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces with products that meet the EPA's criteria and they follow the CDC's Cleaning Guidelines.

Winter Activities. The home is less than a mile from the Gondola that serves the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Keystone Resort, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland ski areas are within a 20-30 minute drive. Sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, sleigh rides are all easily accessible.

Summer Activities. There are many hiking trails in the area, most of them just minutes from the house. You can also easily access Summit County's bike paths directly from the home. All of the popular activities such as horseback riding, the Fun Park on Peak 8, and Frisco Bay Marina are within short driving distance.
