Stroll to Seagrove Beach for sun-kissed days in the sugar-white sand and surf. Spend tranquil evenings amidst lush landscape while dining alfresco at the outdoor table on the wraparound screened porch. Or venture out to find a selection of dining and shopping options within a mile. A prime central locale right off scenic 30A, enjoy easy access to many outdoor activities, including numerous beaches, state parks, bike trails, and coastal dune lakes. Beach gear, toys, books, and games are provided.

Unwind into vacation mode in the living area, furnished with a sofa and two armchairs. Gather for a movie around the 50” TV with DVD and Blu-ray. Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, equipped with a double basin sink and a full suite of helpful appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating.

In the afternoon, enjoy a quiet read on the cushioned sofa swing. After days at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
