Gulf Front 1B Cabana w/Heated Pools!

Experience coastal living in its finest state with new, contemporary decor – complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking view of the Gulf.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and flat-screen tv.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including granite countertops and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher.

At the end of the day, sink into comfort on your private balcony overlooking crashing waves just steps away from your back door.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Children under 18 ("family time") allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closing).

ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October
We do not provide beach or pool towels.

Right on beach. Restaurants short walk away. Complementary chairs and umbrella provided. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful gated property! Easy parking, pool/beach access! Photo ops everywhere on property with flowers and palms. Close to ventures, food, and shopping!

The room was clean and perfect for our needs. Being on the first floor was so convenient with kids. The proximity to the pool and beach was perfect!

Overall impressed. Condo was clean and well maintained. Furnished nicely with a great view and awesome location with great nearby restaurants and bars with live music. Access to both indoor and outdoor pools were extremely close and beach access was just a few feet away as well. Pools and hot tubs were large and clean. Gym looked well appointed and had a variety of machines outside of just cardio equipment. Included beach chairs and umbrella were very convenient and surrounding beach was pretty and trash free. Check in (after hours) and check out were easy and simple processes. Will stay again!

Very nice property with beautiful pool and convenient beach access. We enjoy staying on the ground level to avoid the elevators. It was also nice to have complimentary chairs and umbrella for the beach. Only issue for us was the bed. Not super comfortable and it was only a queen. Overall great time. Recommend this one for sure.

Beautiful view from balcony

Loved our stay at Beach club. The condo was spacious with a large balcony over the dunes. We were right on the beach with a beautiful view of the gulf and dunes. Loved being in the small building. So easy to get to pool and beach. Loved the sauna and steam room and hot tubs too. Walked to all the restaurants.

Great location

The property itself was great and it’s in a great location. It is a bit dated overall, but there have been some updates. There was some mold above the toilet next to the vent. Other than that, I really enjoyed the stay.

Great Condo

I love the Beach Club and always stay in one bedrooms. This condo was very clean and nicely decorated. My only complaint is that the bed did not have a real comforter or blanket on it. It had a very very thin coverlet and no blankets were in the closet. I don't know if this was an error made by the housekeeping staff or not. Other than that, it was great.

Cable access to living room

We were unable to gain access to the cable TV in the living room. Nothing but Blue Screen. Addressed with the office manager at check in and was told maintenance would check out. Stayed 4 nights and to our knowledge no one came by to try and fix. Would have been nice for early morning and late night. Overall proximity to beach and pool was great.

Great Location. Needs more of a personal touch.

Great location and facility. My only problem with the room was the TV in the living room did not work. My kids had to watch the laptop or my phone to relax at night before bed. The check in process was OK, just done very quickly. Fast talking, hard to follow. Get you in, get you out, not very friendly. Also, same for check out. No instructions on the check out processes. Didn't know where to leave our keys or what things were required to properly check out. Pools were great and it was a gated condo, which was nice and with in walking distance to eat and shop.

Needs Updating and Deep Clean

Location was perfect but the unit was dirty, not the floor or bathroom but the carpet (looked like a blood stain on the rug) couch was disgusting, didn't even want to sit on it and the chair was old and worn too. We were going to have a couple join us for one night and sleep on the pull out couch but didn't do it because the couch looked so dirty. Also there were not enough towels (2 for the 2 of us? I use 2 myself and we are at the beach!) not one blanket for the bed. I would not stay here again. The property itself was ok, this unit just needs work.

Great condo. Larger than we expected. We definitely recommend a stay here.

Had all necessities for bathroom, kitchen, laundry. Great location. Beautiful grounds. Parking is great Value is great. This condo was larger than we expected. We’ve never stayed on a ground floor, but it was very convenient and the view was still great. Will stay again.

Bug Problem in the unit .

Just wanted to let you know the place was clean .. But there was a bug 🐜 problem in the unit . bugs especially in the cabinets and in the bathroom and cabinets. Was not very relaxing When you see that when opening cabinets seeing bugs running around .. 😐

Great property. Poorly maintained unit

Great complex and amenities. Unit had roaches, a non working garbage disposal and bathroom vent. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable. The foam mattress on sofa bed in horrible shape with stained cover. The sofa had holes in cushions and was dirty/stained. The owners of this unit definitely do not put a lot of effort/money into its upkeep.

It was clean other than bugs inside. The pull out couch bed had no bedding supplied. I called and left message but never heard back. Location was perfect.

Family Vacation.

Overall our experience was good! They did not have our room available before 4pm like guaranteed in the listing, but we made the best of it. The kitchen was wonderful and the view was breathtaking in the morning. However, we had issues with the dryer and had to dry all of our loads of laundry twice for them to be completely dry and our living room tv did not work 1/2 of the time. We had to call the office three different times throughout the week to have them come assist. The maintenance man said that the family before us had the same issues and also let them know. He also said that they were waiting for the owners to approve the tv to be replaced. We took advantage of the discount for parasailing and go karts and enjoyed both activities as well as the quietness around the condo and pool. We definitely will consider staying at this condo facility again.

Great location, cleaning crew needs to do better

This unit is in the ideal location for beach lovers, and is within walking distance to several restaurants. The unit is perfect for two adults. The unit was not available until almost 5pm and the cleaning crew was rushed. Therefore the unit was not as clean as it should have been. Which during the COVID era is not really a good thing. We had to rewash all of the plates, glasses and silverware prior to use. They were obviously just rinsed off and put away dirty. Once we got the place cleaned up, it was a great place to stay.

Anniversary Getaway

We have stayed at Beach Club before and it never disappoints. Grounds and facilities are well maintained. Lived the gym equipment and outdoor seating areas.
