In the heart of Isla Verde (San Juan`s nicest beach), walk to restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, stores, supermarkets, bakeries, casino and we have a bus stop in our building that takes you to Old San Juan for less than a $1. Area is very lively. No need to rent a car.
Beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom apt with million $ view, washer & dryer, parking and beachfront pool. Building Marbella del Caribe is the most popular in the area b/c of its location and amenities. 24/7 security.
Large parties: We manage other apartments in the same building also listed on Airbnb. Click on my picture (next to where it says `hosted by Beatrice` to find them.
Beachfront pool. tennis, basketball court, gym equipment and paid laundromat downstairs.
Building has security cameras in common areas. There no cameras inside the condo.
Apartment has a keyless entry. We provide a code which will allow you to open the door.

BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet
Subletting not allowed
The building lobby is under renovation. Work is well advanced and expected to finish soon. This notice will be removed once complete. Noise from the lobby is minimal to none.
