Take in a sweeping view of the ocean with a drink in your hand, from the comfort of a bright blue chair on your private furnished balcony. This sunny condo provides every amenity guests need to enjoy a beach vacation, all decorated in an upscale beach home style. Take in the view or sunbathe on the balcony, then come inside and recline in central air conditioning. The full kitchen is set up with everything guests need, plus bonus amenities like a French door refrigerator and a breakfast bar that seats two guests. In addition to being so close to the beach, guests can enjoy access to a shared hot tub, pool, and fitness center during their stay. A private washer/dryer will take care of the swimsuits while you relax and watch the sun go down over the ocean.

No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats, or trailers are allowed on the property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Gorgeous condo! Top floor was amazing! Loved sitting on balcony with its plenty of seating. The room was clean and felt bigger than the actual square footage. It had everything we needed. Loved private parking. Huge tv and the king bed was very comfy. Elevators were fast and efficient. Would definitely rent this room again.

Great weekend at the beach!

What a fabulous time to enjoy the beach! We came down early May and enjoyed the beach without the crowds! The pool and hot tub were clean wonderful, the views of the beach were awesome and the property was clean and welcoming! We love Florida!

Great Vacation! Weather was perfect!! Along with the views!!!

The furniture was comfortable and the balcony with the futon and the high top chairs gave us great views. The staff was very helpful in giving us our parking passes and wrist bands early because this room has no early check in.

This is a great place to stay. The only problem we had was we small roaches. We called and they came to sprayed immediately. We didn't see any more after that. We would stay again.

Amazing view and such a spacious condo

The view was incredible. I was nervous about being at the very top but I loved it. The pictures don’t do the condo justice. It’s so spacious. The furniture all throughout the inside and outside is so comfortable. I will for sure stay again!

gorgeous view from the 23rd floor!

We loved our two-week stay and the gorgeous view from the 23rd floor. The beds were comfortable. The dining table was large enough for family games. I would recommend they add an ice cream scoop, pizza cutter and sharp knife to the utensils.

We Love 2306!!!

This was our forth visit to Emerald Isle and 2306 is our favorite unit. It's clean, updated, well furnished and the kitchen is stocked with quality cookware and dishes. The patio over looking the Gulf provides a beautiful view and includes two lounge chairs and a table with chairs that adds to the enjoyment.

We have stayed at Emerald Isle 2306 before. Since then it has been remodeled and we give that five stars. New management company from the previous time, communication was good. Texted with Vacasa about some cleanliness issues that were more irritating than disgusting, however, with the amount paid by everyone for cleaning fees, I expect better. Master bed comfortable, kitchen items good quality, view phenomenal. Would definitely attempt to stay at EI 2306 again!

Enjoyable beach getaway

The unit itself was great, with the exception of the coffee maker, which was missing a part or two thus causing a min explosion of hit un-brewed coffee everywhere in the kitchen. Texted vacasa to let them know but they didn’t offer much guidance. Building is old and so the plumbing and elevator pump can be heard day & night. Bring a sound machine.

Nice and Clean

We enjoyed our stay at EI 2306. It is a nice condo with a great view. The master bed was uncomfortable to us but that’s subjective and not something that would make us leave a negative review. The staff at the property was friendly and the locals made us feel welcome.

We thought the condo was very nice. But we did think it needed a few more things in the kitchen (i.e. pot holders, kitchen towels, sheet pans). Also, it needed more setting options outside other than the high table and chairs. There was another bench but you could not sit on it because it was very uncomfortable and more for looks.

Beach Vacation

The condo was cleanly but lacking a few things. We were only provided 2 towels per guest and 2 rags. Two small garbage bags for the kitchen, 2 dishwasher tablets. I hand washed dishes after breakfast and lunch which was fine but for that we were left a small travel size like Maybe 3 oz size Palmolive. I would have brought every bit of this had I known we needed it. No washing detergent was left but was suppose to start laundry before leaving. We had already been shopping before we noticed these things needed to be purchased. Don’t get me wrong we made everything work! I would have probably washed all of the linens if detergent would have been in the room. Pizza pan and a regular coffee pot would have been good. The condo provided a keurig maker that definitely needs to be in the description better. Overall these things are minor.to many and probably not a big deal. I’m just use to that being provided when you stay somewhere. No spices salt or pepper Pam or anything like that is provided, just leaving a detailed review so the cute renters know exactly what to bring. Beach service was also great and the Lazy Boy recliners were awesome after a long day at the beach!! Super great location very quite. We will definitely book here again but next time I’m bringing my caddy with detergent, cleaner dishwasher tablets and Tide😉

We stayed in condo 2306 the washer & dryer didn’t work when we arrived, not a big deal for us, but the owner gave us money back and they installed a new one the day before we left. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, clean, properly manager is very nice, the people who live there are very friendly, location is great, the best condo we have stayed in at Panama City Beach wonderful trip, I will definitely stay at this location again.
