Beachfront Bliss! This Oceanview Studio is a corner unit located up on the second level and is one of our closest to the water. The room features stunning views of the sand, surf and sea. This beautiful, completely renovated studio apartment includes a California king, a full bathroom, living room and kitchen. With views like this being inside is almost as good as being outside. Located right In the heart of Downtown Oceanside.

LV to Oceanside

All was good except that the deck was under construction and unavailable. The property manager gave us a discount when our stay was complete. We would go back there again.

Nice place to Stay

The studio room we stayed in was well kept, newly decorated and well equipped. It had everything we needed. Located right across from the beach walkway. We enjoyed walking to the pier and downtown less than a mile away. We had a pleasant stay.

Oceanside beach stay

The studio we stayed in was very nice. Loved hearing the waves during our stay. Our host was great at communicating with us for any questions we had. Can’t wait to stay again.

Responsive and Accommodating Host

There was some unexpected noise during the night and we decided not to stay our second night. Fortunately, the host graciously refunded us. He was very quick to respond and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, fun place to stay since you are right on the beach!

Great location, small space

The location can’t be beat, and that’s definitely the reason to choose this property! It is a very small space though (the pictures make it look larger), and the shower is especially small. It’s a corner unit which is great for seeing the ocean but not so great for privacy. If you have all the blinds open to see the ocean, everyone walking up and downstairs looks right in at you. So we ended up keeping the blinds closed a lot which took away part of the benefit of the ocean view. The shared patio is a great asset though, with plenty of seating and some tables. If the fireplace had been working it would’ve been perfect for the evenings.

Great spot, some difficulties

This is such an amazing location with for the most part very well thought out design. The two major issues we had were the door needs to be significantly pulled while locking and unlocking but this was not in the check in instructions so we were stranded outside for some time before figuring it out and being able to access the unit. Additionally the hallway light outside shines directly onto the bed and the blinds are not much help so we had to set up extra coverage over the window at night with towels to be able to sleep. Other than this it was an amazing stay!
