Bienvenido a la casa recién remodelada del mar Báltico. Este hotel se encuentra en Cape Coral, a pocos minutos del Yacht Club, Rose Garden y el centro de Cape Coral. Fue completamente remodelado en 2017 e incluye muebles nuevos en toda la casa. El mar Báltico cuenta con 3 habitaciones + 1 con sofá cama y 2 baños. Tiene capacidad para 8 personas. El salón tiene un gran televisor de pantalla plana y un sofá reclinable, así como una silla reclinable. En el lanai con mosquitero encontrará una piscina climatizada, spa climatizado, sala de estar y parrilla de propano para barbacoa. Desde el lanai, usted desea mirar por encima del canal extra ancho donde puede ver delfines saltando de vez en cuando. July weekend trip

We stayed for a long weekend in july and it was exactly what we hoped for. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and canal location. All of the mattresses were top quality.

Nice location

The pool could use some work, ladder in the deep end has a cracked step, an area in the shallow and along the shallow end steps has missing concrete. Overall the house was clean, the outside of the cabinets could use a good cleaning. The dollar amount they allow per day doesn't come close to covering your electric usage. We had the house on 72 or 73 and did not use the pool heater and owed an additional $37 for electric usage

Great house with all amenities

We absolutely enjoyed our stay as the house included everything we could think of - and more. Pool and hot tub were awesome and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxed. Using/renting your own boat is easy and you can expect to be on the river within 40 minutes. We would stay again!

Fabulous Trip!

Had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful and perfect for a COVID friendly vacation. Had everything you needed to stay put. The pool is amazing, and the hot tub was great. The best part is the lanai and the view onto the canal. We even saw manatees one morning off the dock. Plenty of room to spread out with five adults and the foosball table was a bonus! Only thing that was lacking was the beach gear – there were only 3 rusted old beach chairs and broken umbrellas. We bought a couple of new chairs and left them for the next tenants. Overall loved the house and would definitely rent again if in the area!

Wonderful Location & Vacation Home!

The property was really nice. This property had been managed very well and kept clean and tidy. Everything that was advertised is what we got. This town is very quiet, and the people are really nice. We had no issues with our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience in a great vacation home with a beautiful view.

Great house for the price

This house was awesome and had just about everything we need. The only downfall is that it is not in walking distance from anything, so you will need to rent a car or uber/lyft everywhere. Kevin was a great host and replied in a very timely fashion. Overall, we had a great time at this rental.

A beautiful beach house

We have rented houses before but this one house stands out from the rest vary vary clean the beds were comfortable the outside by the pool was the best part of my stay at the beach house my wife found this house and I was blown away

Baseball trip

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean,beds were comfortable and the property manager was easy to communicate with. Good location,felt safe and the view was pretty. Hot tub was great and the pool was perfect.

Great place!

We had such a great time. The house is larger than it appears in photos. It has tall ceilings and an open feel. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. The beds and living room furniture are comfortable. The wifi was fast. The kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil we needed. It was easy to feel at home from the moment we walked in. It was very helpful to have the garage to park in. Our favorite part of the house was the pool and canal area. Fishing in the canal was the highlight of our trip. We saw a dolphin, soft shell turtle, stingray, and tons of fish. The location is in a quiet, well established neighborhood. Check in/out was a breeze. And communication with Kevin was excellent. We would stay here again!

Great house with a very nice view

Everything was perfect at the home except for the pool situation. We rented a home with a pool as we were looking forward to daily swims however, when we arrived the pool was covered and the water was cold. We were told we could turn on the heater which we did and after two days it wasn’t any warmer and with only having a $25 electricity allowance for the week we turned the heater off. Everything else was perfect!

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren (Stamm-) Kunden von vacationhit.com und sehr zufrieden sowohl mit dem Service des gesamten Teams als auch mit dem gemieteten Ferienhaus. Das Haus (Baltic Sea) befindet sich in einem praktisch neuwertigen Zustand, da das Mobiliar erst kürzlich angeschafft wurde. Ruhige Lage in gehobener Wohngegend, wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Kanal, toller Pool, sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Sehr sauber, komfortabel und gepflegt. Auch die Betreuung von Diana, Kevin und Thorsten (deutschsprachig) vor Ort ist wirklich einwandfrei. Evtl. Beanstandungen werden rasch und zufriedenstellend behoben, die Ansprechbarkeit ist praktisch ständig gewährleistet, die Abrechnungen korrekt. Der Kontakt ist äußerst (gast-) freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Relaxing, peaceful, beautiful

House was great. Area was great. Property management was nice and helpful. Only couple of suggestions, have hot tub turned up before guest get there, it was set in 70, and it took almost a hole day to get the temp up to hot tub temperature, but after that we enjoyed it! Also maybe a couple more rolls of toilet paper, we only had two rolls to start off with, not a huge deal we just had to buy some. And lastly maybe a couple of throw blankets Incase of cool evenings or just Incase you have guest that some get cold easily. We really enjoyed our stay, the house is everything in in the pictures, lovely comfortable home that made you feel like you were at your own home.
