Amazing & spacious 3 Bedroom Home - Private Tennis Court, Jacuzzi, Pool - Hottub

Private home with custom ensuite for recovery from a long beach day. Enjoy your private pool and hot tub along with a provided bar-b-que and enjoy all that Cape Coral offers. The pool cage has finally been replaced since Hurricane Ian, and the property is back to 100% Pre-Ian condition. As an added benefit, I've added Flordiat Glass to the outdoor hot tub for additional privacy. It is a very spacious home with wifi, games, a ping pong table, a dart board, and a host of other activities. The home is close to various activities, restaurants, and shopping. If you have children with you, be sure to visit Lobster Lady for an outstanding Seafood Dinner or the many beaches close to the house.

Excellent stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive to shops, restaurants, and to supermarkets. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt.

Excellent

We stayed for 30 days and the home is exactly as advertised. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had most dinners at the home. The pics do not do it justice. The pool is a wonderful area and we spent the majority of our time in the pool. 5 stars!!

Like a private grotto

This was an incredible property. We rarely left as the pool, lanai and spa area were so enjoyable. Cooking in the spacious kitchen was a joy. My husband enjoyed grilling on the BBQ. Our dog so enjoyed himself with the caged pool area and fenced yard. Location is perfect. This was a dream vacation, we will definitely be returning.

Dream home away from home

Absolutely NO regrets staying here! This house was everything I’d ever want and need away from home! From the comfy beds, to the office space, to the amazing open kitchen perfect for a baker like me! The pictures give a small and brief glimpse of this home…. But they don’t come close! Already planning a return trip! Great to know I don’t have to look into other homes. I can just book this wonderful home!

Pickleball Paradise!

A fabulous home with fantastic amenities - private tennis court with portable pickleball net, pool & spa with lanai, and a garage full of fun (ping pong, darts, fishing poles, beach chairs & umbrella, boogie boards, etc). And to top it all off, the owner was fantastic! He gave us local recommendations like a band playing at Cape Harbour on Tues nights just a mile from the house which was fun, where to enjoy the most spectacular 4th of July fireworks and what was most amazing, we asked if there were pickleball lines on his tennis court and there weren’t. I told him about a portable net with lines that we own and he bought the same one and told us he would have it waiting for us when we arrived! Now that is an outstanding owner! We enjoyed it so much, we hope we can return again in the future. Thank you for hosting our group of 8 and making our summer family vacation so memorable!

Little slice of paradise

Let me start by saying the pictures don’t even do this home justice! It was GORGEOUS! Host, Bill, was amazing, communicated great, and this house has EVERYTHING! Never stayed at a VRBO property, that was so equipped with needs accommodating everyone. Pool, hot tub, waterfall, so serene. Hard to want to leave this home, once in there! We got so sucked in, I asked Bill if we could stay one more day, (No one was booked next day, so thankfully we were able too!) because we didn’t want our vacation to end! We will most definitely rent this home again. Thank you SOOO MUCH, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment in this property! Hats off!

Wonderful Property

Our stay in Cape Coral was wonderful and almost exclusively because of this place. The pool and hot tub were great, but almost more important were the tennis/pickelball court and game room. There are so many ways to stay entertained. Super accommodating to no only us but also our fur babies. If we come back to Cape Coral we will look no further than rebooking here. Oh and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had visitors stay with us one night and they said the same of their bed. Id give it more stars if i could. Thank you Bill for providing us this place.

Lovely vacation home with great host!

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely and spacious Palm Court home! Bill is an excellent host and was so very accomodating. We enjoyed his thoughtful welcome basket for us! We were a family with 4 adults and 2 small children and the location was perfect for an extended stay with the grocery store, restaurants, parks and marinas nearby. We had a few suggestions to enhance our stay and Bill was so responsive to our feedback. We enjoyed the inviting pool area without the screen enclosure and know it will be replaced very soon. His home, as many others in Cape Coral suffered the wrath of hurricane Ian and Bill is on a mission to continue to improve the house for future stays!

Very Nice Stay

This is the nicest property I have stayed at yet; very clean, abundant amenities, spacious. The pool and spa were very clean and well heated. Host was most communicative, though I had no issues, I would stay there again when visitng friends and family in the area.

Lovely…just lovely 💫

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely home. It felt as if we were at a resort with all the amenities it has to offer. Bill was super helpful and responsive but this place had everything we needed already. The pool is gorgeous and we so enjoyed the game room and tennis court! Close to several restaurants and we enjoyed riding the bicycles provided to many of them. We would certainly stay here again if our travels brought us back to Cape Coral so if you’re looking for a place to have a memorable vacation, look no further.

If you’re looking at staying here, do it.

This place is better than advertised. It took me a little while to figure out the controls for the pool & hot tub (beside the door in the kitchen) and the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. All of which worked great, once I understood how to adjust the settings, temp, etc. Very simple after you figure it out. The House was excellent. It had beautiful floors, ceilings were high and rooms were very spacious and had that “wide open” feeling. The pool area felt very natural and had a relaxing patio. The bathrooms in all areas were very clean and had a very cozy, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was huge. Limitless amounts of counter space. We only had one issue with the ice machine in the fridge not working properly but that was no big deal. The Garage, lots of “fun little stuff” in this area. We had a lot of fun with the darts, ping pong table and beach equipment on our trip to the beach. I absolutely loved this home and I would indefinitely recommend this HOME to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the Cape Coral area. :) Thank you for letting us stay William. Hope everyone who stays here has as great of a stay as we did.

Great communication from property owner

Overall our stay was enjoyable -considering. The property is nice and relaxing. As previous reviews have stated, the pool screen is gone, lacking privacy from neighboring condos very exposed. The local area- sanibel islands, ft Meyer, and Bonita islands were devastated (no exaggeration!!) by the hurricane last September. It’s very sad when you drive around these areas knowing what they looked like less than 1 year ago. They are in complete shambles. With that being said, I’m glad we could contribute to the local economy to help with the rebuilding phase. As for the property - the home is nice. Made us feel much at home. I have stayed at many rentals for vacation and this one was one of the better when I consider comforts that you normally don’t think of such as cooking utensils, spices, toiletries etc. this made a world of difference. The owner of the property was very kind and considerate. Handled all of our issues immediately and was great at recommending local amenities, restaurants, and family orientated places to visit. Overall the home was an enjoyable stay. I’d recommend taking a day to spend in the Everglades. We did the airboat and land tour. We also ate at the local shops too support the local communities. If you’re up for a drive, do visit Sarasota. Sarasota is beautiful and very luxurious. We plan on taking another trip there soon without kids. Hope this helps. Great location, responsive owner

Truly loved our stay here as we were in town for a PG Baseball Event. The location was prefect and the nearby restaurants were awesome. We would stay there again for sure and are looking at returning next year again.

Our Stay During the 1st Week of July 2023

The house is very nice. Bill is very communicative, which was helpful. There were a couple of small things that were brought to his attention during our week long stay that he responded to via VRBO. The house, like many in the area, was damaged during Hurricane Ian in September of 2022. Bill has done a great job of addressing the damage to the home. The photos show a screen around the pool area along with privacy curtains. While the pool area is fully functional and quite beautiful, the screen and privacy curtains have not yet been replaced. The pool, hot tub, and waterfall were all extremely nice and very clean. Thank you for hosting my wife and I.

Family Vacation

It was good over all. There is not a screened in lanai. The only issue was that we could not turn the air down. In the master bedroom we could only lower it to 72 degrees. I like it much cooler to sleep. That is a personal preference. That is the only negative for us was that we couldn't lower the A/C to a temperture we wanted. If you are planing a vacation be aware a lot of the area is still affected by Huricane Ian. We still enjoyed our stay and had fun.

Pictures do not do it justice

Bill was extremely welcoming and great at correspondence. The house offers everything you could possibly need. We had a hard time leaving the house because there was so much to do and it was so serene. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

Perfect Oasis Retreat

We are so grateful to Bill for sharing his beautiful home with us. We wanted a week in the sun to float in the pool and have our pups with us. The pool is gorgeous and the home is so relaxing. Location is perfect! There are wonderful restaurants in walking distance and Publix is just a block over. It is a quick 20min drive to downtown Ft Myers. We will be back! Thank you!!

Relaxing stay

My family and I had a great time at this property. The home is beautiful and has a very grand feeling with high ceilings, large open spaces and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The spaces are inviting, comfortable and clean. The pool area and lanai are so beautiful and peaceful. The natural rock style of the pool, hot tub and fountain are like a hot spring oasis. It was a great place to spend our vacation! Thanks!

Great stay

We enjoyed our family stay at the house. The house is very spacious. The pool is fantastic, we spend a lot of time there. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Lots of biking opportunities. We drove to Sanibel Island Beach. Wonderful stay in Florida. Our host Bill was fantastic, super responsive and welcoming.

This home was the model home for many of the surrounding properties, which means it has all the upgrades and quality finishes. When we first looked at the house, we felt like we just walked into a large swanky, luxury home. The size of the house and the height of the ceilings is something to see. This is not a cookie-cutter home, and you won't find another anywhere - and it's the only house in Cape Coral with a private tennis court. The garage is air-conditioned so if you're interested in a dart tournament if it rains, this is a great place just to relax.
