This second-floor condo is accessed by one private flight of stairs and features a breezy private balcony with peaceful green space views... worth every step. The resort offers family-friendly amenities, including 4 pools, a hot tub, mini golf, and more.
Enjoy easy parking nearby (no elevator waits) and take a short stroll to the white sandy beach for unforgettable sunsets. Conveniently located near Pier Park, Frank Brown Sports Complex, and Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).

Horizon South is a gated community offering Gulf access just across the Front Beach gate entrance.

Wristbands are required for all guests and are available for purchase at the Property Management office (open daily, 8 AM - 5 PM, credit/debit only). I can also send a link to pre purchase and they will have it ready for you when you get to the office.
Pool/Recreation Area Hours:
9:00AM - 11:00PM or closed at dark as needed.
South pool closes at dark.
Community Quiet Hours:
11:00PM - 7:00AM.
Note: Rental golf carts are not permitted on the property.
THE SPACE:
Enter the spacious living and dining area with a smart tv, sofa bed, dining table and fully equipped kitchen and bar. Down the hall you find the bunk as well as a washer/dryer. The master bedroom features a king bed with a walk in closet.
For your comfort there are 1.5 bathrooms. You can work from home with a dedicated workspace, printer and Free WiFi. With Self check in/keyless entry there is NO need to wait in lines.
GUEST ACCESS:
Registration:
Upon arrival at Horizon South, all guests must register with Property Management. Each guest is required to purchase:
Vehicle Parking Pass (maximum 2 vehicles).
Wristbands for all guests aged 6 years and older.
Registration is handled at the Property Management office, located inside the large building by the pools. Simply enter the office, and a staff member will assist you at the registration window. You can also request info/QR code to prepay and these items will be waiting for you at the office.
Office Hours: Daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
Fees:
• Wristbands: $20 per person.
• Parking Passes: $25 per vehicle (valid for up to 10 days).
• Extended Stay Guests: $25 per 10 day period, capped at $50 for six months.
Payment: Credit or debit card only (no cash).
Horizon South requires that all guests wear a wristband at all times while on the property, even if you’re not using the amenities.
These fees are set by the HOA and are separate from the rental cost, but they help maintain the property and amenities for all guests.
Parking placards must display the unit number and expiration date.
Parking: Conveniently park directly in front of the building or anywhere on the property... no large parking lots to navigate!
If you arrive on the property after business hours they ask that you go to the office first thing in the morning.

Fitness Center and Billiard room updates have been completed. (Guests are welcome to use the pool tables, but please bring your own pool cues and supplies, as they are not provided.)
