Beautifully decorated/updatedfirst floor condo just a short walk to a beautiful South End Ocean City beach., located in the 4900 block of West Avenue. Condo was totally renovated a few years ago. Enjoy summer breezes from the front porch! Just a short walk to South End restaurants and ice cream shop!

Great week at the beach

This was the second time we stayed at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as our first time. Maureen is very responsive and we wouldn’t hesitate to return for a third trip.

Family Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach, to get coffee, dinner and ice cream. The condo was clean and the decor was really nice. We loved hanging out on the porch too. We would definitely recommend and would stay at this property again!

Family time in OC

This property was perfect for our family and just as described. It had everything we needed for a fun vacation. It was clean and comfortable and the owner was very responsive. The appliances, washer & dryer, and beds were all great. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Ocean city with the family

This was our 2nd year staying in this condo and it was just as pleasant as our first time last year. The house has everything you could need and it’s walking distance to the beach. We love the south end as it’s a little quieter. The house is perfect for our small family needs and we look forward to renting it again next year.

Family Getaway

The pictures don't do it justice. The house was perfect for our family getaway. Very clean, limited steps, short walk to the beach, very close to playground, and on the quiet side of town. Property owner was very nice and responded immediately to a question. Would stay again.

Very impressed!!!

My family had a great stay at this property. The house is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very comfortable. Communication with owner was super responsive, very polite people. Location was great with a short walk to the beach. Property even included clean linens, towels and beach cart/chairs. I highly recommend!

The property is exactly as seen in the photos. It was very clean and decorated nicely. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Maureen was great to deal with and very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend her property

Perfect place to start a family beach trip tradition

We had the best time spending the week in OCNJ! When we arrived the house looked and smelled clean. The condo was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 4 kiddos. Kitchen had many of the things we needed to make meals which was helpful. Loved that towels and sheets were provided, with access to a washer/dryer (which came in handy for us). Beach was a short walk away for little legs and a nearby lifegaurd stand was a bonus. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time, great house and location to the beach and 55th Street food and park. Owners were so easy to communicate with and made for a simple check in and check out process. House came fully equipped with linens, beach tags, and some beach chairs/cart. A couple of items to consider: one parking spot but plenty of parking out front, downstairs unit with upstairs neighbors which can be noisy at times, and shared washer/dryer which you just need to be strict with your usage.

Great Ocean City Getaway

Prefect location and 50th street has a lifeguard, so a family doesn't have to walk far for a swimmers beach, its right there. Décor was exactly what you picture for a shore home. It was clean and everything worked as it was supposed too. It was also quite and had nice neighbors. Would recommend this property to any potential Vrbo guests. The property owner was also very nice and answered all my questions immediately.

Really nice place!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property, and the property manager was quick to respond to our questions & concerns. However, the Heavenly Rez service, which we contacted first, was slow to respond to our questions. When it did respond, it gave some conflicting information.There were some issues with the second floor neighbors, who frequently seemed to be stomping around, though we think that may have just been thin floors/ceilings (whenever they flushed their toilets, ran a shower, and/or turned on water, it sounded like it was in whatever room we were in on the first floor). They also disposed of their recycling in plastic bags, which all of the signs clearly state not to do so, and we took it upon ourselves to rip open the bags, put the recycling in the containers, and throw out the plastic bags in the trash cans.

Absolutely lovely home!

Absolutely lovely home!! Best location with a short walk to beach and quick drive to Boardwalk and Somers Point. Agree with others, that pictures do not do this home justice! The Owners are quick to respond and were so easy to deal with! Great coastal decor, fully stocked kitchen and very, very comfortable sofas and beds! The porch was great to sit after a busy day! We will definitely be back for a week next summer! Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect Beach Home

This beach home is perfect, the pictures don’t do it justice, there are higher-end finishes throughout and smart design/layout considerations. The place had everything we needed for a great long weekend. Communication with Maureen was great! I highly recommend and would stay again!

Perfect week at the beach!

We had a perfect week at this adorable little beach house! The house we clean, conveniently located and equipped with plenty of beds for our family! The decor was nice and updated which we loved! The closet in the main room offered loads of storage. The outdoor shower was very nice. The only downside is the washer/dryer is outside in the shed area. Luckily we did not need to do any laundry while there, but If you’re someone who does do laundry while on vacation, this might be something to consider. We really appreciated the extra linens provided and extra beach equipment! The owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions I had. Overall we had a great stay and I would definitely stay at this house again!

Quiet location, family friendly

We had an excellent stay for one week! The house is on the quiet side of Ocean City and we felt safe the entire stay. Short 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. Short walk to the beach and they provided beach badges for us to use. Our 4 and 5 year olds were able to manage the walk with us with no problems to and from the beach. House was clean with two queen beds and 4 single beds (2 bunk beds) and is perfect for 2 couples and their kids. We would definitely stay again!

Four on the Porch

It was heavenly! My husband was celebrating his birthday and we wanted to be near his brother and family. Our two sons.. one from Florida and one from Bellingham, Washington.. flew in to be with us. That alone would have made our day, but for our sons to go to the beach with their Dad was reliving their times together was so special! So why call it 4 on a porch? In the evening we sat on the porch with a breeze, little lights, and a few beers getting together and catching up. Thank you for your hospitality! Erin

Great First Experience in OCNJ

This was our first visit to Ocean City and it was wonderful. The home was great for our family of 5. With three young children we felt that there was plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Our boys (8 and 5) especially loved the bunk beds! Everything was clean and the decor was lovely. Short walk to the beach was easy and there was so much to do. Owners made the check in process easy and were very communicative. Overall great experience!

Great clean place to stay!

We had a great time. It was very clean and the owners were very responsive. The living area was a perfect size for our family and we spent many nights on the porch playing games. The beach was a 2 1/2 block walk and it was not crowded even on the weekends. I highly recommend!
