Absolutely perfect! This was what we were looking for at the Gulf. We found this and look forward to booking again. The house was the perfect size, super clean and the perfect view of the Gulf.

Great spot for a relaxing stay!

The outdoor shower looks like it was fairly recently updated and the padded lounge chairs on the deck were much nicer than the ones in the photos. The appliances were all in working order, including the ice maker, which was fantastic! The bathrooms, which aren’t shown in photos, both have bathtubs. One is shared between the two room with double/twin beds and the other is accessible through the master bath...in case anyone was wondering.We very much enjoyed the covered screened porch. The beach walkway was in good shape and didn’t have steps, which made getting our beach cart out to the sand very easy. Someone also took the time to label all the light switches so you know what is what! Heads up, the internet service is very slow DSL, so don’t rely on it for anything data-heavy, and cell reception (AT&T for us) wasn’t great at this location. If you want to disconnect, that’s a plus, but I wouldn’t choose this house if you need to work remotely or stay connected. The house has everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It is overall in pretty good shape, though starting to need some TLC in a couple of areas. We like St George and just enjoy being there on the island. We have rented through Suncoast 4 times and will continue to do so. They are responsive and easy to work with, There were a couple of issues with the house and I have reported those to Suncoast. We would stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was in the perfect location right on the beach with beautiful views from 2 bedrooms. The screened in porch and rocking chairs were wonderful. Unfortunately several aspects of our stay would need to be corrected before we'd stay again or recommend to friends. Updating and repairs are needed. For example, the hinge on the primary bathroom door needs fixing and the door doesn't close easily. Closet doors are very hard to open and close. Cleanliness was an issue with many living and dead cockroaches inside the home and in the laundry room which is inconveniently located outside. Additional hand towels in the kitchen or a second roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms would have made the home more welcoming. The wifi also could not even support 1 of the tvs by itself without anyone else being connected or using the wifi making it pretty useless. I also called the management company twice during business hours and was not able to reach anyone.

Great in many ways.

House is lovely. Right on gulf, well furnished, clean. We had some issues and the management company was very responsive. Some things you should know. Bring your own coffee filters, if staying more than a day or two bring toilet paper and soap, do not expect to watch football unless you know how to bypass the streaming service at the house, avoid sleeping in the bed in the western most bedroom. The ac/heater is about a foot from your heat and very noisy when turning off.

Perfect For Family Getaway

We absolutely loved this house. It was my husband and I, my parents and our two sons ages 1.5 & 3 - so 6 people total. The family room and kitchen were very nice and the bedrooms suited our needs. I will say the sheets were not very comfortable but that was okay. We were able to fit two pack in plays in one room without any issue. The bathrooms had sky lights which kept things well lit which we liked. The screen porch has a latch to it so we had a toddler proof area for them to play in without worrying about them trying to go down the stairs. We really liked that. There was also a box full of building blocks that ended up being a life saver after our first day was totally rained out. We have always loved St George especially for it's smaller crowd levels so this house definitely felt nice and quiet. The rental company was very nice and allowed my parents to be the ones that checked in when our flight was delayed. The walk to the beach is super super short which was a must with two toddlers. Would highly recommend and would probably stay here again!

Great location. House is nice just needs some upkeep. Bathroom door wouldn't shut cause hinges loose and carpet thick. Washing machine wouldn't work cause it drained all water soon as cut on. Called multiple times no one would come so fixed it myself. Other than that ac worked good and fairly clean. Also would be nice to get the check in info by email and not have to go to a office first

We've stayed just about everywhere on the island including: Plantation for many years, condos by the state park, row houses in the center, and once behind the beach house row. We adore the cottage style of this house and that it's a bit from "town."
