This condo is perfect for exploring one of America's best beach towns! Located in the Bluff Villas at the Sea Pines Plantation, your third-floor cove-front perch boasts a freshly painted and decorated interior as well as a private waterfront balcony. Walk 5 minutes to the beach or take the free trolley to move about the area. Resort-style amenities include a beach club, as well as easy access to several shops and dining options throughout the Sea Pines resort.

After a day at the beach, settle into the living area, furnished with a plush sleeper sofa and armchair. Kick back and watch a movie on the 55-inch cable TV. Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of helpful appliances. Craft a morning coffee using the Keurig machine. Nibble on snacks at the breakfast table, outfitted with seating for two. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the glass-top table set for four.

Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom, detailed with a comfortable king bed and 42-inch cable TV with Roku. The en suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds and a 43-inch cable TV, while the second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy scenic views of Braddock Cove on the private balcony, furnished with seating for your whole group.

The beach is just a 5-minute walk away from this coastal charmer! A breezy 2-minute walk brings you to the South Beach Marina with several shops and a general store. Rent bikes and take a ride on one of the island's popular nature trails, including 15 miles of paved bike paths throughout the Sea Pines Plantation. Bike rentals are located just 2 minutes away. Several prominent golf courses are located nearby, including Harbour Town Golf Links.

Great Location!

This unit was a perfect location for us. We loved being close to the Salty Dog for evening entertainment and drinks. We were close to the beach and pickleball and lots of bike trails. Such a fun and active getaway. We loved it. Thank you!

Great location!

This unit was central to so much we wanted to do. We loved being close to the Salty Dog for evening entertainment and a drink. We rode our bikes daily, played pickleball nearby, walked the beach each morning, and had plenty of beach time. It was a lovely stay.

PERFECT

Perfect! Clean, very comfortable furnishings, great location to a quiet beach and The Salty Dog. It was fun watching the pickleball players too! And oh watching those sunrises from the balcony, well just lovely. I'd book this condo again without any hesitation whatsoever!

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

The condo was closer to the beach than I expected, just about a 3 minute walk. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the beautiful water views. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. We would definitely stay here again!

Great for family with small kids!

Loved this place! Steps from salty dog, ice cream, Marina, shops And pool. Could watch boats come in from back patio. Loved sea pines! Only wish they would have mailed the parking passes. Hard to add another stop when traveling with small kids.

Thank You For A Great Vacation

We used Vacasa for the first time and it was perhaps the easiest booking we've ever made. Check in was easy, property wsd exactly as pictured, and we even had a new mattress delivered the 2nd day we were there! The only complaint I had was that the listing said every property had TWO parking spaces per property. There were no markers denoting parking-to-property so by Thursday of our stay we had to park at the property next to ours because of the number of and how people were parking. To promise parking spaces there needs to be a better system to allow this to happen. Besides this I would highly rate and highly recommend Vacasa and the property we stayed in.

Beautiful Sunny Mornings

This unit has a great location next to the South Beach Marina, very short walk to the beach on the channel that is teeming with dolphins and other wildlife!! All the rooms overlook sunrise over the waterway from the Salty Dog out to the Sound, busy with all sorts of water play! The unit is comfortable, spacious for the area and well appointed! Oversized bathroom with laundry was a lifesaver with 2 little ones! Loved it!

Very convenient and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back. One small improvement would be that lights in all the rooms flickered a bit. But overall great spot, highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for 4 days with two small children. We loved the location of this renovated condo! View overlooked the marsh and it was a very short walk out the front door to the Salty Dog Cafe, beach access and the South Beach Trolley stops. Would definitely rent here again!

Great location

We loved being close to the Salty Dog and South Beach marina! Property has been updated with exception of kitchen (which is very functional but dated). Check in was very easy. Only drawback is 3 flights of stairs to unit. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect location and accommodations.

Family of four with great location to local attractions and easy access to beach. Being on south beach give a great opportunity for morning sunrise with a quick walk on the beach and evening sunset even closer. Would be our choice of stays again next your. Thank you for the opportunity to stay…..

Wonderful location and condo

Everything about this condo was perfect for our family stay. It is spacious and has a beautiful view of the cove. It has everything you would need for a stay. It appeared that the condo was updated fairly recently except for the kitchen, but all appliances worked fine in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked too with plenty of plates, utensils and cooking pots/pans. You do pay for access to the pool which was pricey, but if you utilize more than once it is worth getting the week family pass ($75). There was also beach chairs to use. Beach access is walk-able from the condo if you want to sit out on the Sound facing Daufuskie or it is a short drive to Sea Pines Resort beach access or you can go to Coligny Beach outside of Sea Pines. The condo location right at South Beach Marina is so convenient. We needed maintenance once during our stay as we lost power in the kitchen. The property team is very responsive via text and they quickly had the issue resolved. For our family of (4) we will definitely look at this exact property next time we go to HHI.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED the location of this condo! We could easily walk to the Salty Dog and all marina activities (kayak, jet ski rentals), bike rental, tennis and pickleball courts. The marsh view was very nice and added to the "beachiness" of the condo. As others have said, twin mattresses could use replacing. Turnkey was VERY responsive, even when I texted them late at night with a question. They clearly try hard for excellent customer service and succeed at it

Absolutely perfect getaway!

This specific property at Bluff Villas was just perfect! It was beach themed oriented and the view of the bay from the balcony looked like a post card. It was quiet, peaceful and clean. Our family will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Nicely redone place, almost ready

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was apparently recently renovated, with nice LVP and marble tile in the bathrooms. The area rugs made it feel cozy. It was very clean, the location is great, the check-in was very easy, and communication with TurnKey was excellent.We encountered some maintenance problems during our stay, like a non-working clothes dryer, an open hole in the wall, a slowly draining shower, a broken door handle on the balcony. Some of this was resolved, and TurnKey also gave us a partial refund. Other issues should be fixed within a week or two. The kitchen worked pretty well, although some of the wallpaper in it is peeling. Many things are plugged into flimsy and somewhat unsafe power splitters. I would recommend upgrading those for safety and getting some surge protectors.Ultimately though, this was a great condo for our family to have a vacation, and we would definitely stay here again. I was impressed with TurnKey as a company and will also consider other properties that they manage.
