Great location

Our family of six stayed for one week. Having four bedrooms and four bathrooms was very helpful for our group. Great location to red Hook and easy access to the ferries and to taxis. We did two charters with stormy Pirates and they were phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Another perfect stay

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at Kim's place (we've stayed at others in Cowpet) and like before, everything went great. With 6 adults, 2 5-year old twins, and 1 9m old, we needed all 4 rooms but never felt crowded. The place has plenty of space, multiple balconies, lots of games, spare beach toys and snorkeling gear and great views. A big thing for us is the local service. We had a minor issue with the AC in our room because when they cleaned they had inadvertently turned off a breaker or fuse but before we were even unpacked the problem was fixed. If not been to St Th or Cowpet the condo is 2 flights of stairs to the beach, and a 5 minute drive to Red Hook and the ferry and restaurants. A dedicated parking spot is nice too. Cant wait to return

Great location and views

This was our first family vacation with four adult couples. We selected St. Thomas because we felt it had a lot of opportunities for adventures and restaurants and beaches. Our host was very gracious and we corresponded before and during our stay. The condo is quite lovely and spacious! The views are amazing and the community is quiet. I would certainly come back and stay here. Thank you!

Great condo and location

Condo was perfect. A bathroom for every bedroom. Location great. We hung out in the bay on the beach and also took some excursions from nearby ferry terminal. Don’t hesitate.

Large group and first time to St. Thomas

Advantages: We had 8 people in our party. We wanted to ensure that each person had a bed. The unit fit our needs well for that purpose. The location was beautiful and quiet, near the Red Hook area, with a beautiful view of the water. We all had great room in our respective bedrooms. The A/C was cold. Access to a large pool, hot tub, and beach area. Higher end restaurant within walking distance.Some challenges included water pressure issues for taking showers. We had to stagger showers, one at a time. Not a dealbreaker, but good to be aware of. The unit provided one bath towel per person and a single hand towel per bathroom. A single dish towel for the kitchen. This is different from a previous rental in St.Croix.Amenities: At least 6 beach towels, beach chairs, and pool noodles. Snorkel gear. Cooler and a waterproof beach pouch.You will need to provide your own paper towels and extra toilet paper (if needed).I reached out to the host on a couple occasions and she was promptly responsive and helpful.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 8 people ranging in age from 16 to 70. There was more than enough space for everyone. The condo is in a great location. We explored all of St. Thomas. The proximity to Red Hook can’t be beat. If I were traveling with a large group again, I’d definitely stay again

Perfect Place to Stay

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at Kim's place and hopefully will be more. We've stayed at multiple properties in Cowpet and really like Kim's. First, its 4BR which we need. Second, it's well furnished, great location, great view and maybe as important, Kim and her local people are super easy to contact if issues. We had a couple minor ones and got help right away. Lots of games,puzzles for adults and kids. Some extra snorkeling gear and we've added buckets,shovels and sand toys for little kids. We had at different times 4 other adults and 2 4 year olds. There are tons of places to stay in ST T but we really like the Copwet area. Close to so many things

St Thomas

We had 3 couples for our 8 night stay at this location. It also had a 4th bedroom and could have easily accommodated 2 more. The description was very accurate and the pictures were exact. The common areas were very nice and very comfortable for all of us. Each bedroom had their own bathroom. Towels and bedding were above average. The kitchen was very well stocked, we grocery shopped and cooked a bit. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, there were always chairs available and it was not crowded. The pool was steps from the beach, again chairs available and not crowded. Our unit, the grounds, beach and pool were extremely well maintained. My husband took a class at the St. Thomas Yacht Club and he could walk there in 10 minutes without going out to the road. Also, at the beach is Sangria's restaurant. We ate there several times and it never disappointed, each meal was delicious. One of the hosts met us at the house to show us how to use things. They were in the middle of an electrical problem which was fixed during our stay. Water pressure is low, but we worked around that by not running two showers at the same time. When we did that it was fine and we never ran out of hot water. Cabs were easy to call and get to us. The unit and the hosts are 5 star quality.

Gorgeous views, great location

We love the condos at Cowpet Bay. It’s a nice quiet beach with free chairs and no cruise ship drop offs. There are two restaurants on the property with Red Hook only a few miles away. This particular unit slept 7 adults easily. Pictures are accurate. Great views. Fairly long and steep walk to the beach for those who don’t get around as easily. It’s the last unit at tip of eastern side of the bay, upper level. We had a few challenges; little to no wifi signal (difficult to communicate with the host and had to go elsewhere to work), little to no water pressure (2 ppl can’t shower at same time), drainage issues in sinks/tubs, Lights too complex (too many remotes, couldn’t figure out ceiling lights other than lamps all week), breaker kept tripping and we’d resolve it after walking into dark condo each night, outlets that were working quit working, no pool/hot tub access until 6 days checked in, coffee pot is a bit confusing, a cross between Keurig and Mr. Coffee (we had to read and re-read the user’s guide), broken windows held together by blue masking tape.

Great for Families

Had a great stay at Kim's property. We've stayed at 3 other condos in Cowpet and Kim's is as good or better than the others. My wife and I booked the place for 2 weeks and wanted to make sure we had room for our 2 adult sons, their wives and our 2 grandkids (just under 3) for the 5-6 nights they were able to stay. Place is roomy, well decorated, very clean, and had plenty of cookware, dishes and even food storage baggies. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Extremely easy to communicate with. We had a couple issues while there with the AC and 1 TV but Kim's local contact Donovan quickly came over to resolve problems. Plenty of towels and swimming/snorkeling gear. Lots of games and puzzles. We added a few things. Would certainly return

Beautiful view to come home to after exploring the VIs

Spent 10 days with 4 couples who have been great friends for many years. Property provided great opportunity to gather in the common area for meals and drinks and the 4 BRs and baths were comfortable. Hosts were very nice and helpful. Can't say enough about the view!!!! Cowpet Bay has good facilities and restaurants for families or couples. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic accommodation when staying at St Thomas

Our family of 6 adults and 1 grandson (10 years old) had the opportunity to stay at this lovely property for 6 nights. The location couldn't have been more scenic with the large balcony. The there was plenty of room for all of us ... especially since it has 4 nice size bed and bathrooms. The local host, Carol went above and beyond to satisfy our requests for information and service before and during our stay.
