Pinehurst Condo - Renovated 2022. 1BR/1BA condo centrally located in the heart of Pinehurst. Pet friendly with non-refundable pet fee. All new furnishings. Condo in desired community of Pinehurst Manor! Less than a ten minute drive to Village of Pinehurst and Pinehurst Country Club. Home includes automatic drip coffee pot, patio furniture, Carolina room with desk, King size bed and a sleeper sofa. Home is Pet Friendly, but does require a pet fee of $150! This is not included in the total quoted price. Pet fee will be added after reservation is booked. Please contact us if you are looking to bring a pet.

For insurance and security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Great location and plenty of room for the two of us. Dog friendly neighborhood and very walkable. Nice work area off the dining room. Kitchen was stocked pretty well from a dishes/pans/glasses perspective. The only issues were: no hangers in any of the closets, no hair dryer, and the floors were really dirty (ruined a couple pairs of socks) so needed to wear shoes all the time.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was extremely unclean upon arrival and the unit was not well maintained. I would not recommend this rental to others.

The property was pet friendly and very clean. On the bottom level, but only heard footsteps a few times in the unit above. TV worked well, shower was powerful, and bed was comfortable. Requires some awkward steps to get to the front door, but parking above was spacious. Very easy location to get to Pinehurst and Southern Pines.

Everything was perfect in the apt. The photos looked exactly like the home. The apt was spacious and very clean. The porch in front was a nice touch as well for the nice few 70 degree days we had in December. We met a few neighbors who were absolutely lovely and enjoyed our time here. Tons of shops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The host was responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better stay right after Christmas. We will be renting again as it was very close to family in the area.

Quick retreat

Great pinehurst option!

Our first vrbo experience was a success! Clean, comfortable, simple decor. Very quiet at night, we had great night sleeps. Close to everywhere we needed to get in pinehurst and west end. Would stay again.

Great location

We had a pleasant stay. Great location to Pinehurst. We would’ve liked to see a little more stocking of everyday items. Very minimal plates, mugs, kitchen towels, etc. We had 3 in our party, would stay again for the location.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable

Came to Pinehurst to play three days of tournament golf. The unit was clean, conveniently located and quiet. I was very pleased with my stay. I would book this unit again in the future.
