Nice location central to Rosemary - Seacrest - Alys, you can walk or bike to an array of shops and restaurants'Beach is right in front of you. Very clean well taken care of place.

Great Spring Break

We can’t wait to return

This condo is very comfortable, clean and has a fantastic location. The view is perfection. The amenities at the complex are great- pickleball, tennis, playground, shuffle board and onsite restaurant (only open during season). My family enjoyed our stay and already rebooked for next year! Highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Rosemary!

Nice but not perfect

We enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing. The furniture is due for an upgrade, the rope lamps and mirror were filthy with dust, the patio furniture needs new cushions, the bathroom showers have some mold, in general it needs a VERY GOOD DEEP CLEANING.

Great Location, Great View, Condo Updated

Nice floors, great patio setup with table/chairs and lounge chair overlooking ocean. Kitchen well stocked, nice appliances, good tv setup. nice having a sliding glass door from our bedroom to the patio. Excellent property with new pickleball courts and crabby steve’s a few steps away. we walked into rosemary several times as well.

Beautiful condo, great location

Great location, great view, enjoyed the pool and beach and on site restaurant. This place is convenient to Rosemary and lots of shops and restaurants are in walking distance. I was pretty disappointed in customer service from Vacasa. The main sliding door was broken the entire time of our stay, and there was not enough bedding. I asked for assistance but found them very reluctant to assist. Not great distiller service.

Amazing property on the beach!

We had an amazing vacation at High Pointe! The location was incredible and we could walk or ride our included bikes everywhere. The place itself was very nice! We had plenty of room for us, and our toddler to be able to run around the condo. The balcony is amazing as it is right on the beach! We spent very morning drinking coffee there and winded down our evenings checking out the sunset and listening to the gulf. The pool at the complex was great, clean, and had options for our son, which was important. On the property is a restaurant called Crabby Steves. A tad pricey, but the seafood was fresh and delicious, and the drinks were strong. We can’t wait to have a return visit here!

Renovations - Beware

Nice condo but numerous renovations at the property including specifically below our location made for a disappointing stay. We have been coming for several years and have enjoyed each stay but the renovations should start after high season. Apathetic response from management company and HOA was disheartening.

Regular visitor to this unit

I highly recommend this unit. We've stayed multiple times and have always been pleased. I will give a little observation of some negatives but, I love this place and will be back again and again. It's clear the owners take care of it so don't be discouraged by any negatives. The down side is minimal. We had to re-wash the dishes (I think the dishwasher had a hiccup where the soap didn't dispense) The dishes had been put away but were not clean. It happened to us one time during the stay. Worked fine the rest of the time. The washing machine smelled very sour. (probably because it was closed and wet multiple days before we arrived) We ran it a couple of times without anything in it to correct, then anytime we used it we left the door ajar so it could dry. The pilllows were hard and caused a neck ache. Likewise the master bed has memory foam of something that takes getting used to. Suggest bringing you own pillow(s). The WiFi isn't great but it works.

Great Unit with Beautiful View (needs a few things...)

This was our second year staying at High Pointe. We fell in love with the Rosemary/Seacrest Beach area last year and decided to book this unit for this year. The unit is decorated really cute and the view of the beach is absolutely gorgeous! That is really what you are paying for. The unit itself overall was nice but definitely needs a little updating in a few areas and the floor desperately need a deep deep clean. You could not walk around barefoot without your feet turning black. We had thought the cleaning people did not clean them before our arrival even though they looked clean so we complained to Vacasa to come clean them again. They did come clean them the next day but it did not get up all the grime somehow still in the floor. You could not tell by looking at the floors that they were even dirty. Gross! The kitchen is very poorly stocked if you are staying there and planning to cook during the week. I understand not all families may cook on vacation but many do as this area is fairly expensive. There was not many pots and pans, serving bowls of any kind, utencils and more. The outside patio furniture is also very outdated and run down. As I mentioned the place was really cute with a great view but for the cost I feel like the owners should keep it fresh and updated for their guests. I saw other guests had made similar comments before our arrival and was hoping this wouldn't be the case for us but it was. All in all not a bad stay unit just needs a little extra love.

Heart in High Pointe

Perfect spot

This condo was the perfect spot for our girls’ long weekend getaway! Right across the street from a little hub of coffee, eats, and live weekend music. 2 min bike ride to Rosemary, 15 min drive to Seaside. Beach access was amazing and so close. Condo was beautifully kept and clean. Can’t recommend it enough.

Great location but management company needs serious work

We have been coming to the Rosemary area for many years and have stayed in many different accommodations. The location of this property is fantastic. The beach access is good and the beach isn't overly crowded, which is nice. Whoever owns the unit did a nice job remodeling it. However, the property management company is seriously lacking. The housekeeping staff just arrived at 3:50pm the day of check in for a 4:00pm arrival. When we finally got in the unit there was food smeared on the counter, fingerprints and gunk all over the refrigerator, mold in the shower and worst of all blood on the bathroom floor. Things just went downhill from there. There were ants in the kitchen and guest bath which we reported Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. No one ever came to address the issue. We were given an incorrect code to access the bikes and it took several phone calls and a lot of time to finally get access to the bikes. The water pressure is poor especially in the master bath. The tile in the master shower floor is moldy. The balcony has an amazing view, but when it rains heavily it floods so there was a pool of water there most of the week. The master bedroom also has a beautiful view, but we had to leave the curtains closed the entire week because the room gets so hot. Crabby Steves was closed Saturday afternoon, Sunday and Monday. When they were open after that they wouldn't let people be seated, so we never ate there. No big deal--there are plenty of places to grab a bite nearby. I really wanted this place to be great, but unfortunately it just wasn't.
