Beautiful, Oceanfront Condo on the 2ND floor. This 1 bedroom condo has been recently remodeled with new appliances, 70" Smart TV, keurig and regular coffeemaker, ceramic plank floors and fresh paint. Your private balcony overlooks crashing waves, and steps to the beach.

Sleep to the tranquil crashing of the waves (better than any sound machine). You cannot get any closer to the ocean! The State fishing pier, Sea view pier, is 3 miles away, Splash by the Sea restaurant (3.5 miles), shopping and more restaurants within 10 minutes away. 30 minutes from Wilmington International Airport. NO PETS, PLEASE.

REMINDER: THE ATLANTIC OCEAN HAS TIDES FROM -1 FEET AT LOW TIDE up to 6.5 FEET AT HIGH TIDE. THERE COULD BE SEVERAL HOURS A DAY WHEN THERE IS LITTLE OR NO BEACH. HOWEVER, IF YOU WALK ON EITHER SIDE OF THE CONDO COMMUNITY, THE BEACH IS WIDE OPEN.

Great view

Just what I needed for some me time. Great view of the ocean and sunrise. Short walk to the New River Inlet with great fishing . Easy access to the beach and the Tiki Bar & Market. Very clean and the unit had all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.

We loved every second of it only issue we found was the smoke detector was defective it had a beep when we arrived we attempted to change the battery but the place the battery goes was damaged pushed in. But the place was clean the view was amazing loved it was walking distance to the tiki bar and a small market that was amazing for the little things you may foeget

Beautiful View…

The condo was clean and well appointed but the kitchen cabinets have the vernier pealing and there is a constant smell of moisture. It was still a wonderful stay but beech access can be difficult because you’re not allowed to walk on the giant sand bags so you have to walk through a 3 foot deep tide pool.

Place was functional but not inviting. Not decorative. Very Basic accommodations. Great view and great location though.

Thank you, Jody, for your feedback. The Topsail Reef is the ONLY oceanfront condo community with ALL 1 BR units right on the ocean and steps from the beach. The clientele are Beach and Ocean Lovers who want easy access to the beach and to hear the waves crashing. Guests that want "Resort Vacations" and fancier amenities, like bellhops, restaurants and concierge service, can choose one of the Resort Style condos that don't have easy beach access. Topsail Reef are for the guests choosing a simpler Beach Vacation.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful beach home. There was a few things that needed fixing and we took pictures of everything like the lease agreement specified, but other than that we had a great beach vacation. You absolutely cannot get any closer to the beach than what we were. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to rent it again. The Craigs
