the property and the folks involved were amazing and so helpful. this house has all you need inside and out including a loaded kitchen which means much less to bring from home. loved the house and the location and with a fully sunned deck and deck in the shade and a screened in deck outside is a please at all times of day

Girls trip

We had a wonderful stay!! There was a group of 7 and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook every night. The best part was the view from the living room! It was very quiet and felt like we had our own private beach. We will definitely be back next year!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway. The views were stunning and the location couldn’t have been better…just steps from the beach.What truly made the experience stand out was the host. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful beach retreat with top-notch hospitality.

Perfect house for a large family

We had an incredible trip. The house was perfect, AC was cool, beds were comfortable, location was fantastic. Couches are SUPER comfy. We absolutely loved our stay. Great for littles too!

Perfect stay, beautiful views!

This house has been beautifully renovated and is in a great location for views of the bay and the ocean. The kitchen is well-stocked and spacious. The couches and beds are comfortable and have plenty of linens. I would highly recommend this rental house!

We've stayed at this property several times over the years. It has always been comfortable, but the recent renovations have made it even better! It is our first choice for an Alligator Point vacation!

Christmas on the beach

The house is a perfect fit for our family with a great location right on the beach. There were only two minor issues; no clothing hooks in one bedroom and the graphics for the kitchen range controls had worn off making cooking a bit of a guess work challenge.

Perfect Place to Relax

My friends and I have stayed at Endless Summer in previous years for our annual beach vacation. The house was always lovely but the recent renovations improved it even more. The screened porches and outdoor spaces were well-used during out stay. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The proximity of the house to the conservation area is also a bonus, and we took several walks to the point. This is a great place to stay if you need some peace and quiet and relaxation. The wildlife is also great, with lots of dolphin and bird activity. We have rented vaious properties through Josh on numerous occaisions and he has always been extremely helpful and accomodating. We will definitely return to Endless Summer!

awesome getaway home

The house was well kept and the kitchen had everything anybody would ever need. The porches were a nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The beach was a great place to spend the day and watch the wildlife. I would highly recommend this house for a relaxing place to stay.

Endless Summer

House was exactly what you see in pictures. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed. There were six of us and it was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. Beach is basically right outside the door. If you’re considering this place, pull the trigger you won’t regret it.

Forgotten Coast Awesome!

Josh was excellent to work with beginning to end as he & his team worked some things out while we were in route. Best shelling I've encountered on the Gulf. Ultra private. I don't think I could have yelled in either direction on the beach & been heard. The house was the perfect size forbour group of 8. We will return!

Great Place with Wonderful Views

The house was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc for cooking. The view of the beach was breath taken. Thank you to the owners for letting us make memories in their beautiful home. We would highly recommend and will return.

Awesome stay!

This was our second year to visit Alligator Point and stay at Endless Summer. The house was wonderful, the beach fantastic and our week, very enjoyable. No crowds and great sea life adventures for the grandkids. We will definitely stay again!

Great beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay at Endless Summer. The house was very nice, newly renovated, and had plenty of room for the 8 of us. We had great views of the beach and ocean from the house and we were able to see many dolphins. We also enjoyed walking the beach every evening when the low tide came in and founds lots of shells and marine life. Josh was very responsive to any questions I had. I highly recommend the Endless Summer!

Perfect beach getaway

This is our favorite rental we have stayed in at Alligator Point. The view was incredible from the property and we loved spending time in the covered deck area when we weren't on the beach. The house was very clean and there were plenty of amenities for us to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would love to stay here again in the future!
