Experience a comfortable and convenient stay in this cozy 1-bedroom studio located along the Coconut Coast. This unit is perfect for guests who are looking to explore the beautiful island of Kauai. The location is extremely convenient for getting around with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. It is centrally located and only 30 mins away from the north and south side of the island. This unit has a comfortable King-sized bed and full sized bathroom along with AC!

You can lounge by the swimming pool or walk along the beach which is just steps away from the property. At Kauai Kailani, you will find yourself right at home. BBQ Grills, Meeting/Recreation Room, Ping Pong Table, and Books are provided here for ease of access and your convenience.

The location is extremely easy for getting around the whole island. You can access multiple beaches, shops, numerous restaurants/food trucks, and not to mention having a Safeway right across the street.

Nearby activities include surfing, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, golf, kayaking, and so much more! I am always happy to provide recommendations if you have any questions as well.

All was as expected. Clean, centrally located. Nice people in complex. Beach could have been cleaner lots of rubbish and small plastic bits. But overall very nice location and space. Will advise if you are light sleeper this may not work. Floors are thin and u can hear everything from upstairs, outside and around almost magnified in the space, my husband is light sleeper and the noise was a bit much as it went on late and started before 6 am. We were never able to sleep in as we were hoping to do. But outside of that we enjoyed our time in Kauai.

We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear that, overall, you enjoyed your stay. The beach directly in front of the condo complex can be quite rocky and is not always suitable for swimming. Many of our guests enjoy the neighboring beach right next door, just a few steps away in front of Waipouli Beach Resort. Since this unit is located in a condo complex, there is always the potential for some noise from neighboring units and guests. The property is also in a very central location, close to the beach and right in the heart of Kapaʻa Town, which provides guests with many conveniences, restaurants, shops, and easy access to explore the island. For guests who are particularly sensitive to noise or are looking for a very quiet and secluded experience, a single-family home in a more residential area may be a better fit than a condo complex or resort, where there are naturally other guests nearby. We strive to offer guests a prime location with plenty of conveniences, easy access to everything Kapaʻa has to offer, and a great value for those visiting Hawaii. Mahalo!

This is ideal for a convenient basic accommodation while exploring Kauai. It’s not a resort but does have a pool and beach front; it is clean, comfortable and close to amenities. Watching the sunrise each morning is a bonus!

10/10!!! This little studio was amazing! I was a single traveler and it was absolutely perfect. I also loved the parking situation. Being able to turn in and out with the traffic light is very safe and it seems a lot of time when there’s heavy traffic in town.. unit is clean and cozy and the beach is beautiful

Check in was easy and very clean place. The WiFi worked perfect and having a fridge helped a lot. The location was great and we were close to everything being on the east side. The best part was it was a 2 minute walk to the beach to sit and relax and listen to the waves. I would recommend people to stay here and I would definitely stay again.

Perfect room for solo or couple travel

Excellent little place by the beach for an affordable vacation to Kauai. Close by to just about everything one needs. I did not have a car rental and this location was perfect for that.

Great little place for single traveler

This place was a great location. It was located on the east shore, so going north or south was very easy and not that far. There is a shopping center across the way for food and grocery. Right behind the place is the beach that you can go to anytime. Be beach at anytime you want.

Everything we needed to have an amazing stay.

The property was perfunctory in serving our needs for a place to rest between excursions. It is beach-front which was ideal for enjoying my morning coffee watching the stunning sunrise and had loungers to relax in while watching the sunset. You can’t ask for more!
