Beautiful Oceanfront Townhome in Mexico Beach, Fl

You'll fall asleep to the sound of waves and awake to a spectacular gulf view right from the master ensuite!

We bought Perry's Place in 2010 after we lost our precious son Perry Ward in a car accident. He loved Mexico Beach so much, and we couldn't think of a better way to honor him than by buying a place in his memory, and naming it after him! Hurricane Michael hit in 2018, and leveled Perry's Place to the ground. Here we are 3 1/2 years later, and we have rebuilt not one but two Perry's Places!! We will rent out Perry's Place 6, and would be honored to have you as our guest!

Perry's Place is a 2 bedroom 21/2 bath townhome. The master has a king bed while the guest room has a queen bed with a set of twin bunks. Both bedrooms have smart tvs as well. Both bedrooms have brand new super comfortable mattresses.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook a wonderful meal! There are 4 barstools at center island along with 4 tv trays available to use. There are beautiful oceanfront decks off the master bedroom, and the den with the most beautiful views!

Killer's Seafood is a favorite and located just across (two lane) Hwy 98. Perry's Place carport offers a picnic table with an additional seating area, where you can enjoy a to-go meal or cook your own on an outdoor gas grill. This is our favorite place to sit, relax, or take a nap!

Perry's Place offers a gorgeous wide view of the water and beach on every level, from the carport, to the living room, to the master ensuite, where you can greet the gulf's beautiful sunrises and enjoy sunsets to end your day.

Be ready to leave the hassle behind and use Perry's Place 4 beach chairs, sand buckets, shovels, and nets.

Perry's Place kitchen and baths are well stocked with paper goods, but should you need more the Dollar General is just 2.5 mi east. The full baths are equipped with hand soaps, a starter shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, and a blow dryer. The kitchen offers an ample supply of paper goods, foil, plastic wrap, dish detergents, and garbage bags for use during guests stay.

We had a wonderful relaxing time in this beautiful condo. Could not ask for a better location. The bed was so comfortable and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Can’t wait to visit again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this condo. The balconies on both levels offered great views and the ground-level picnic/seating area was spacious and inviting. Parking under the condo provided much-needed shade. The mattresses were extremely comfortable, and the plantation shutters in the bedroom helped reduce street noise and light. The kitchen space, dishes, and appliances were all good – clean as well! Potential guests should be aware that, as is typical with beach condos, there are stairs between the levels, including to the bedrooms on the third level. The TV remotes and controls in each room were different, so it might be helpful to have someone tech-savvy to assist. Additionally, it's a good idea to bring your own supplies like food wrap, aluminum foil, dish detergent for hand-washing and shampoo/conditioner, as the provided starter amounts are only enough for a day or two. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Perry’s Place again!

The townhouse itself is decorated nice. Had all the kitchen necessities however I would suggest that when cleaning after a gas leaves, maybe remove any clothing and undergarments that were left behind by the previous guest.Also, in the master bathroom, there is a distinctive odor resonating from the shower almost has a musty smell

Overall, it was really great! We had a great girls trip and really enjoyed being right on the beach as well as in a convenient location to restaurants. The house itself was very clean and the perfect set up for the 4 of us. We loved the decks; however, we didn’t realize there would be no privacy in between the bottom deck area where you park. You are sitting right next to your neighbors on either side, which is no big deal we just didn’t realize the spaces were that close together and not private. The kitchen was well stocked and very nice. The only issue we had was with check in and the door lock. The keyless entry needed new batteries and was not working upon arrival. Our unit was already unlocked when we arrived, so we didn’t recognize the issue in its entirety until we went to leave for dinner for the evening. The batteries were replaced the next day by someone the property manager sent over, but the lock was not installed back correctly to make the door lock work manually from the inside. Again, not something we saw until we came back from dinner that evening and wanted to lock up for the night. After some work with tweezers and taking it apart, we got it working on our own. It was just a small hassle and felt inattentive by whoever installed them as well as not the best communication with the property manager with what her responses to us where with each issue. Again, not a big deal we just felt more like the burden instead of the issue itself.

This property is perfect for a ocean front vacation! Beautifully decorated, comfy beds - many thoughtful touches for guest comfort. The only item seemed to be with the towels - they could be replaced. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay, even with a hiccup

The property was beautiful and directly on the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there was plenty of closet space for storing our clothes and suitcases while we were there. It was great being able to wake up and enjoy the beach from the balcony, chose to eat outside or in, and have easy access to all of Mexico beach and the rest of the coastline. The water heater decided not to work during our last full day, but Wendy was really responsive when we reached out. Thanks for a great stay!

This place is unbelievable. Just absolutely perfect. We came with our two young children and had an amazing time. The property is right on the sand, steps from the beach. Not having to schlep all our stuff to and from the beach was wonderful. The place is beautifully appointed with incredible beach views. You can listen to the waves from all three patios. The hosts clearly paid attention to every little detail. We want to come back ASAP!

Everything about this rental was perfect! The condo was spotless! The kitchen was fully stocked. You can tell the owners put in a lot of thought as every detail was taken care of. The beds were very comfortable. The location is unbeatable! Loved being steps from the beach!

Beautiful home.

Right on the beach with great sea food stand right across the street. Beautiful new home with full baths in each bedroom. King size bed and fantastic shower in the master bedroom. Balcony's on both floors and a patio on the ground level were great places to sit and look at the gulf. The new beds were very comfortable.

I am a mom to 5 beautiful kids, 4 here on earth and one in Heaven. I have been married to my husband for 31 years, and we have been coming to Mexico Beach since 2008. After we lost our oldest son at the age of 17 in a car accident we decided to buy Perry's Place in his memory. Our prayer, and hope is that each one of our guests feels the peace and serenity we feel when we stay at Perry's Place.
