Excellent Home Away

Beautiful spaces. Roomy. Pet-friendliness great! Clean, clean. Awesome private downstairs entertainment area fabulous. Love neighborhood. Close to our friends and beaches.Love this home. Looking forward to book again next year.

Wonderful Vacation Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our three week stay here. The outdoor space has so many amenities (outdoor TV, couches, tables, fire pit, multiple grills, hammock). The bedrooms were perfect for our needs, and we appreciated the en-suite and additional hallway bathroom. The home has lovely natural light and is beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to make many meals over our time here, and linens and starter amounts of toilet paper etc were provided. The house was clean and very well kept. The internet worked fine for our purposes, although it did drop once while streaming the football game. All in all an excellent trip and we will definitely stay here again!

Amazing

This wonderful home was a complete pleasure to enjoy a vacation. It’s tucked away but convenient to everything whether walking or driving. Walking my dogs here was great because the area is shaded with pine trees, and there was a nice path right around the corner. The house was very comfortable and well- equipped with anything one may need. I will definitely be going back!

Beach vacation

Home is in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. The outdoor shower is spacious and convenient. Outside tv is available to watch while grilling. Wi-Fi is super slow to the point of being nonexistent. Fortunately, we were there during a week of the Olympics so watched live tv every night. Due to the slow WiFi, streaming our own networks was not possible.

Great location

Love the location and experience with our kids and dog. Family enjoyed the outdoor space. We had technical problems with the living room tv but Vacasa sent support out quickly during the holiday week. Great week at beach.

Great place to relax.

A Perfect Coastal Escape

I recently stayed at "Bethany Beach Vacasa" and loved it. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and close to local attractions. The accommodation was clean, well-decorated, and fully equipped. The balcony and beach style accommodations perfect for relaxing. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring a great stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!

End of Summer Getaway

Perfect location in a nice quiet neighborhood. The check in was seamless and property was clean. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils for a big family. Clean linens are provided and starter supply for dishwasher and bathroom paper and paper towels. Really convenient to have an outside shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will surely be back in the future!

Neighbor issue

House was clean and sheets and towels provided. Nice service. However there is a neighbor directly behind the house that doesn’t believe in vacation and fun. Kids had friends down below house at 3 in the afternoon not making much noise at all and this neighbor decided to call the police on them. When police showed up even they appeared confused as to why they were called. There are also Ring cameras that are active down on lower level of home and they are monitoring every move you make. That is totally unacceptable

Excellent property!

We enjoyed everything about this house! Perfect for our family of 4. Perfect location for visiting all local beaches! Very easy check in and out process and excellent communication from the management company! We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and Quaint

We loved everything about our stay at 12 Cleveland. The house was cute and cozy and just the perfect size to accommodate two young kiddos, 3 adults, and our small, elderly dog. The furnishings in the home feel new and comfortable and the house was charmingly decorated for a perfect at-the-beach feel. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need and there were ample bathroom and shower towels provided. We also thoroughly enjoyed grilling and eating out in the space underneath the house that included a dining table, comfy hammock, and lounge area. The community that the house sits in was perfectly quiet and friendly - we enjoyed taking walks along the canals. Although the house was a comfortable walk to the beach, the parking passes that were provided were an added perk especially with the young kiddos and the heat. Vacasa was fantastic to work with as well. We had a minor issue with the AC and they immediately addressed the issue for us. Our only qualm with the home otherwise was the spotty internet service - not a major issue for folks truly on vacation. We will certainly be booking future stays with Vacasa!

Very nice and comfortable!

We enjoyed the house very much and it is a very short walk to the beach. the downstairs patio is ideal for barbecues or just relax. My only concern was that the house was not thorughly cleaned. We will most definetly rent it again! Only I will ask the management to double-check the clenliness. We found hairs inside the bed as well as dirt inside the kitchen drawers and food and grease stuck in plates and utensils.

House was fine service was horrendous

I have rented houses in various cities around the country and honestly this was the worst check-in/customer service experience I've ever had. We arrived at the rental property and first attempted to enter the house around 5 p.m. The keypad did not work, so we contacted Vacasa (rep was in Oregon, I was in Delaware) and after trying to troubleshoot the issue with that person for 15 minutes the call was disconnected. So, I called back and that person says they will contact the local property management office and someone would be there to let us in within the hour. Not the answer I was hoping for, but ok. By 6:30 we were still waiting and hadn't received a follow-up call. Again, I call back and the third rep tells me they want to reset the keypad code but after multiple attempts it still doesn't work and they say they will contact the local office again and send someone with a key. Two hours later at 7 pm we're still waiting, hungry and in desperate of a bathroom. I call again and speak to a very kind gentleman who is working in Florida who keeps me on the line while he tries to resolve the issue and later elevating the issue to his supervisor. FINALLY, after waiting 2.5 hours, someone shows up with a key and tells us "we just got the ticket 15 minute ago." What the heck?!?!? I also asked several of the reps if we could get a late checkout on Sunday but was told "we can't do that, we would have to check with the local office." I asked that they do so, since we paid for the house and we just wanted what we paid for. Not one person, and I spoke to quite a few, at Vacasa - local or corporate - followed up with us to see if everything was ok or to express their apologies. I got a text on the last day about the checkout process, but that was it. I will never, every use them again since they don't seem to value our time or money.

Cozy and Convenient

The beach house a large outdoor space on ground level with lots of seating where the kids spent most of there time. They particularly enjoyed the ring & hook game. The deck around the main level isn’t terribly functional. Inside is well appointed. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has just about everything you’d need to prepare meals. The home technically sleeps 8. However, the space lends itself to 6, 7 if your kids are used to intimate sleeping accommodations using the trundle bed. The beach is walkable from the house at about a half mile. And easily accessed by bike. There are places to park bikes on both side of route 1. Internet was spotty.

Very Good!

Spent two weeks in this home. Perfect place for two people and perhaps a few guests. Lovely neighborhood near canals. Great location close to restaurants etc and took relaxing walks in this quiet neighborhood in the fall timeframe This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
