In addition, the first floor provides a flex room with day bed which can be used as additional sleeping and/or living space for guests. A half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer are located on this level as well.

The second floor provides an additional living space for gathering in the evenings, with a sleeper sofa couch and television. The primary bedroom with queen bed, television and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and dual vanity is on the second floor as well.

Three additional bedrooms are located on this level of the home. One of the three bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and television. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and television. The third additional bedroom offers 2 extra long twin beds and a television. There are two shared full bathrooms with dual vanities and shower/tub combination on the second floor.

In addition to ample indoor living space, the back patio is the perfect spot for enjoying an evening fire and/or drinks, relaxing after a long day at the beach or pool! The patio offers a gas fireplace and Adirondack chairs. This property has an outdoor shower for washing off after a day at the beach.

Fresh linens are included with your reservation. Linen package includes sheet sets for each bed and bath towels per person.

Guests may also choose to enjoy the many amenities offered in Ocean View Beach Club. There is a large community pool, billiards, sauna, clubhouse, and beach shuttle. Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2024 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)
