Open waterfront. 2/2 ground floor condo located in Seven Coves, all amenities are just a few steps away: basketball, tennis court, playground, 2 seasonal swimming pools by the lake, seasonal hot tub at the Wave Restaurant, marina, bike, boat and jet ski rental, Southern Empress paddleboat dinner cruise, fishing pier, Wave Restaurant and Bar with live music. Unit is ground floor with sweeping waterfront views, It has 1 kitchen, 1 kitchenette, 2 full baths with jetted tubs, 3TVs, washer, dryer, safe, games, cards, books, tennis rackets, badminton set, inflatables, balls, noodles, kayak, beach towels, life jackets. Walk out through the patio gate to the boat dock, boat slip right behind the unit.
Unit has a Ring doorbell camera to monitor the front door for guest's safety.

Lake mini vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at Edit’s waterfront condo! The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We were able to dock our boat right outside the condo and fish from the dock. The WAVE restaurant right next door had good food and friendly staff. We had a great time and would rent her condo again!

Enjoyed my stay

Overall a great place and I enjoyed my stay. I also liked there was Restaurant/Bar on site since the weather got bad during my stay. Minor things were the light bulbs in the second bedroom where constantly flicking. I just didn't use the light. There seemed to be some sand or similar on the floor in the main area. A lot of cobwebs on the patio.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The place is amaz8ng and a perfect set up for families. The location is great as you get to watch the sun set.

Snowbirds lay over week

This Beautiful Condo is right on the waters edge with an absolutely beautiful view of Lake Conroe 😍 My husband fished off the dock and caught catfish. He was a happy camper for sure. It was so close to the dock, about 10 steps and your on the dock from your balcony porch. There is a bait shop just a few miles down the road. This condo is very well equipped with everthing you may need to cook. Also has many basic necessities, like soaps, detergents, TP, garbage bags, cleaners, towels, etc. There are coffee makers, although, not a Keurig. It is perfect for two couples as you have total privacy as the bedrooms are located on opposite sides, in the front and back. There is a grill and very nice patio furniture with chair pads. Very comfortable sitting out to watch the gorgeous sunsets. The king bed was a little soft for us snowbirds as was the couches, although, adequate for a shorter stay. We had a great time exploring Lake Conroe and did make it over to Margaritville for margaritas. Parking was very plentiful, easy to park and close to our door. Communication was very prompt and we appreciated the very easy access to the unit.

Incorrect Listing; No Refund; Currently Dishonest Listing

After attempting & failing multiple times to resolve this privately with the host (and with vrbo's help), I feel forced to give my first ever negative (but honest!) review. The day of check in, I requested an early check out and refund due to there not being any hot tub (per listing). The host gave me a lot of push back about "seasonal" and "community" and "refunds are up to vrbo, not me", but finally agreed and told me my refund would be calculated after check out. During my stay, I learned the hot tub listed has in fact been completely broken since Feb 2021, with no plans to repair (per the owner, manager, and staff of the restaurant providing the community hot tub). I informed the host of this, assuming it would be deleted as an amenity. Future renters need to know that instead of deleting the hot tub, it has now been changed to a "seasonal hot tub" with full knowledge of it having been broken since Feb 2021. After my check out, the host offered me a Total refund of $7 for 3 unused nights. VRBO has attempted several times to contact the host to help me get a fair and reasonable refund and the host has still refused. I highly recommend you choose a different property with any other host and truly wish you safe and hassle free travels!

Perfect location

Came here with a co-worker for a business trip and this place made it feel like a vacation. Price was reasonable. Location was awesome. Right on thr lake, beautiful views, clean inside and out. Great patio. Very nice place. Thank you

The inside was beautiful. Very clean and the view was great! One bedroom overlooked the lake and the other had a small extra kitchen setting. The pier was also greatvand my husband caught a catfish right off the pier.

Great weekend getaway

We were looking for a place near Houston where we could walk out the back door and fish, and we got just that. The condo was clean, stocked with necessities, and the property contact was very quick to respond and help when needed. I just recommend, bring your bug spray for the grassy area by the docks.

Fabulous location! Great host!

I’ve been to other rentals before. Edit made life so much easier for a family flying in. She had so many things like coffee, spices, toilet paper, make up remover, dish soap. Those are things I can’t bring with on a plane, nor do I really want to buy while on vacation. And the location! The pictures I took of the lake were amazing! Check in and check out was easy peasy. Edit answered my texts rather quickly. I would totally recommend Edit and her little cutely decorated condo.

Nice place right on the lake

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was really nice and they serve great food and drinks. The apartment was nice. The only issue is all the flying buys at the front and back doors that get in. You need to hurry and shut the door when going in and out. We had a nice stay. Great to fish right out of the back porch.

1st timer

Overall it was a great experience. This was my first time using the service. The atmosphere was great and the location was close to what we needed and served its purpose. The condo was very accommodating and comfortable. I regret not bringing my own pots and pans. The first night outside was amazing. There was a little rain the next day which I’m assuming brought the bugs, we were not able to fish or sit outside the 2nd night because of this. Overall it was a good experience for us.

Getaway!

It has a terrific view of the lighthouse, the bird island and beautiful sunsets. The water is outside your door so it is easy to fish or walk. The community pool is close since it is at the end of the building. We had a wonderful time.

Hello. Our family lives in Humble/Kingwood area. We have a window installation business, and we work very hard throughout the year. In our free time we enjoy our place in Willis, TX and we are also sharing it with you part time. We are raising 3 boys, one is at Texas A&M College Station, one is at Baylor University, and one is still in HS.
We hope you will enjoy our little paradise as much as we do, and you will go home with lots of unforgettable memories.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We love having the pool and restaurant that serves by the pool, love having the music during the day by the pool and the band in the evenings, the lake view is mesmerizing, sunsets are beautiful. We love the amenities and the social aspect of it. If we want to be social, all we have to do is walk across the parking lot to the social scene, but we also enjoy how peaceful and quiet the condo is.
