Close to town, this relaxing home is spacious with a large open living space. This convenient location is only a few minutes from restaurants, shopping or the lake. The screened in patio is a quiet place to unwind. Nearby Highlands Hammocks State Park is the perfect place for hiking and seeing nature. All one floor with no steps. Close to the hospital.

Central FL location is 90 minutes from Tampa or Orlando and theme parks and international airports. Reach the Atlantic ocean or Gulf of Mexico in less than 2 hours.

Charming downtown Sebring is filled with small restaurants and shops as well as seasonal festivals.
Sebring International Raceway is about 12 miles away.

My wife and I were in need of a place to stay until we closed on our new home.Jason was kind enough to allow us to stay for a couple of weeks. It was nice having all of the comforts of home.

The house was very clean. Cathy was very responsive to questions. Nice screen porch to sit and enjoy the weather. We had everything we needed to feel at home. Kitchen was well appointed.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood

This 2 bedroom 2 bath home had everything the 3 of us needed. Communication with the owner was prompt and complete. Experienced no problems.

Review

Kitchen had everything we needed. I liked the open floor plan. It was good for my husband who uses walker. He did not have the opportunity to take shower at the place so do not know about him getting into tub shower. What we needed for our stay was available.

Not a great neighborhood

On the first night the police showed up to the neighbors house and arrested someone. The rest of the week was not so relaxing thinking about what else was going on with the neighbors. But the house was clean, beds were fairly comfortable. It was close to a lot of food and shopping options.

Home away

Bed in room #3 was a Queen. My husband and I have a King, but the Q was comfortable enough that we still slept well. Everything we needed was provided-detergent, softener, body soap, TP, plus appliances. We didn't find the ice trays until we were ready to leave, though, because I'm short and didn't look high enough. Great, quiet location. Left Mom by herself all day and she wasn't worried at all. If she goes with us again, to visit her brother, we'll most likely stay at this house if it's available.

The 3 of us were attending a 4 day workshop in Sebring, so this worked ok for us as we were only there in the evening and to sleep. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We were able to access the house at noon versus 4, which was helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe there. The back lanai was nice, you can sit there and listen to the birds and watch the squirrels and rabbits.But the house needs a little attention to detail. Some of the cooking pans were dirty. We found dead ants on both bathroom floors. In the silverware drawer were insect droppings. We could've used an extra roll of toilet paper. Some of the washcloths were microfiber cleaning cloths. No kleenex. No hair dryer. Couldnt find a remote for bedroom TV. I would say this house is nothing fancy but it suited our needs perfectly.
