Casa de vacaciones en Open Golfo con Fantástica Vista Panorámica

Nuestra casa en Marathon en MM51, se encuentra en un entorno tropical en el golfo abierto rodeado de exuberantes palmeras. Maratón es el hogar de clase mundial de pesca y el buceo. Nuestra casa tiene un "resbalón y 60 '50 de atraque en el frente para dar cabida a la mayoría de los barcos de tamaño.

Hay hermosos pisos laminados a través de la sala de estar arriba.
Tenemos una cocina recién reformada 23x10 pies con encimera de granito de apertura en un gran salón con vistas panorámicas al golfo.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con una vista y una agradable brisa del agua. El dormitorio principal tiene un televisor con un baño que es la actualización con plato de ducha. El segundo y tercer dormitorio cada uno tiene camas de matrimonio con baño actualizado.

Hay un montón de espacio para relajarse o entretener a la planta baja con varias zonas de estar, comedor, bar, TV con baño completo y está totalmente blindado.

Great location and immediate Gulf access.

The home had a great residential location on Marathon. Great, fenced yard for dog. Immediate Gulf Access. Dusty inside, rusty outdoor furniture, kitchen supplies not clean/miss-matched, difficult to get a hold of owner for check-in anoutdoor

Nice vacation spot

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. We very much enjoyed the water scenery from the back deck. The house was very nice, with many updates. We did have an issue with a leak under the kitchen sink. Host was contacted and it was fixed the next day. The only complaint was the sewage smell from the sea grass in the boat slip.

Nice Keys Home

Great location right on the Gulf and the house is great with the large, screened downstairs area and the big upstairs balcony. The downstairs bath is real convenient. I definitely recommend this home.

Christmas in the Keys

Our first trip to the Keys. The house was easy to find and check-in was trouble-free. We found the house clean and comfortable, and really enjoyed the big main room upstairs. The fenced yard was great for our dogs, and we enjoyed fishing and kayaking right off the concrete dock.

Beautiful property!

We loved staying here! The house was spotless and well stocked. Manatees came to visit and we spotted somes dolphins. Couldn't have asked for a better experience... the owner called us to make sure all was well. They also responded to emails right away and were very pleasant and accessible. Thanks for a lovely Keys vacation:)

Marathon home

The homes location is great. The weather was cold and windy during our stay so we were unable to enjoy the outdoor areas as much as we would like to have. Manatees came right up to the seawallbehind the house which was really cool.

Great stay in Marathon

This home is located right on the gulf. We enjoyed the view, and especially the manatees that visited. The kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. We walked our dog and always felt safe. Met some nice neighbors. The hosts are easy to work with. We will rent again, and would recommend this home to friends and family.

Great place to relax

We loved the house! The noise from the planes overhead is a little loud sometimes (not at night), but otherwise, very relaxing. Right on the water and the view is spectacular. The beds and other furniture are very comfortable. The inside is very up to date. The owners are quick with communication. We would stay again. 5/5

Perfect

This house was perfect. The house was tastefully decorated with all the amenities. The Downstairs screened area was perfect for Dive and fishing gear. Bait freezer, water hoses were strategically placed. Boat launch was 3 minutes from the house. Awesome host.

Florida Keys

I booked this for my husband and adult children. We’d never been to the Keys before and Marathon looked like a great place to start. We were not disappointed! We found LOTS to do there and went to Key West for a day. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Was a little disappointed not to find any beach towels in the house, Walgreens nearby had some.

Overall good experience. House was well equipped and back yard was set up quite well. Only negative is the amount of debris in the boat slip which is obviously out of the homeowners control.

One of the Best!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. I can't say enough about it. The location, the cleanliness & condition of the property, the amenities, the comfort of the beds and living areas, the ease of checking in & out... I could go on with all the little things that made this house one of the very best of many we've rented. Our favorite things about it were the fenced backyard that sits directly on the water, facing the gulf and the enormous screened in living area under the house. If I were to add anything at all it would be a hammock or something to nap on down there :) It's a very easy place to relax, as the breeze is always coming through the gated entrance to that space and you're gazing out over the beautiful open seas! Also, Sandra was very kind and accommodating when we had to make a couple of changes to our reservation... we hope to stay again real soon!

Not happy

The property is very comfortable but the cleaning part is like they didn’t even cleaned it full of dog hairs the vacuum is broken they left a lil garbage bad n front of the door and a dirty white cooler on the back the door handles were loose we fixed it I don’t have enough space to write everything wrong with it the property it self is beautiful but it needs more cleaning literally deep cleaning that’s what I do for a leaving and if I would had left a property just half as dirty as that property I would had been fire on the spot

Water front

I have stayed here twice with my family. The boat slip is great. We rented a boat and witnessed the most beautiful sunsets. Three bedrooms upstairs. There is a screened area downstairs with fans. It’s very pleasant. I will probably stay here again.

My husband and I grew up in Florida. We both love being around water. As our family grew we found Marathon to be the perfect place to vacation with the kids. We would always look forward to boating, fishing, and snorkeling around the reefs in the Keys.

Our vacation home is centrally located in the Florida Keys. World class fishing and diving. Marathon has an airport and hospital. Plenty of fine restaurants with fresh seafood and tropical open air bars.
