Nice apartment and spectacular view.

I recently stayed in a stunning apartment in Hallandale Beach, and I have to say, it was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. The apartment cozy and inviting.From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary stuff, including high-quality utensils, which made cooking a breeze. The bedding sets were comfortable and fresh, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.The amenities in the building were top-notch, and the spectacular view from the balcony was simply breathtaking – perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Excellent location with spectacular ocean views

Our room had excellent ocean views from the balcony and bedroom. The pool was very clean and orderly. Easy access to the beach.I tried the gym and the equipment is awesome.Our host Alec was excellent with communication and ensured that everything went smoothly during our stay.

On the beach but needs some improvements

My wife and I just returned from a long weekend. The price was excellent, and Alec, the host, provided excellent instructions and helped us check in early, which was very nice. The high-rise building was older, and the apartment was cute but needed some TLC. I've already reached out to Alec on most of my thoughts. The bed was probably the worst part because it was not comfortable. The apartment was pretty bare bones overall, with mismatched towels, an old futon couch, and old fixtures, but it had a nice ocean view. The building seems to have a lot of short-term renters because there is a whole system for getting wrist bands and a key fob that you will need to go through every door and in the elevator, which always gives me pause. The beach and pool were very nice. Oh, and seems very popular with Russian and Hispanic families. English was the minority language spoken there. No big deal, but I thought we were on vacation in a different country. There is a small cafe in the building, which is very convenient. I've never stayed in Hollywood before. It is all mega high rises, so you need to Uber pretty much everywhere.

Long weekend at The Tides

The location is ideal. Oceanfront property with plenty of retail options in the neighborhood. Alec was an available and a communicative host - that was certainly appreciated! The building and property were both very secure and we felt safe the entire time. The 2 digs against this property was a broken bedroom window and ants proliferating in the kitchen. Neither was huge deal but I do feel obligated to call those things out if I’m committing to writing a review. The good thing is that both situations are correctable and I anticipate that future reviews will not cite these two things.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful visit. Tides was a wonderful place to stay and our house was fantastic. He was quick to respond, accommodating and so helpful. The unit could use some upgrades (new bed and upgraded televisions) but we had everything we needed and had a wonderful stay.

Plumbing, couch and balcony chairs were in poor shape. Bedroom window was broken and taped up.

The online picture of the condo must have been taken years ago. Aside from the floor tiles everything else needed to be updated.

Great Hollywood beach apartment

Great beach side apartment. Only negatives would be Bed mattress was too soft for our taste, and balcony chairs were rusty and wobbly.

Birthday trip

The apartment was clean, well located and had a beautiful view for the sunrise. The only thing I didn’t like was going to the next building to get the key fob and wrist bands. Other than that, great experience!

Amazing view

The property was great! It was clean, had a full kitchen, and plenty of towels. There are beach chairs and a small ice chest in the closet as well! Check-in was fairly simple, just make sure you get there between 9 and 5pm to get your parking pass and keyfob for building access. You do have to pay for parking. 1-7 days was $100. We had one little hiccup with the door keypad not working and Alec was there to resolve the problem within 10 mins. Overall our stay was amazing. This is probably going to be our go to spot whenever we come to Miami!

Great stay right on the beach

My boyfriend and I had a great time at this condo. It was very clean, spacious and quiet. The king bed was so comfortable too! We didn’t cook much but if we did the kitchen would have had everything we needed. We loved the view from the balcony and how quick and easy it was to get to the beach. There are beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the unit, but you can also go to the building office and purchase day passes for the resort’s lounge chairs and umbrellas that they set up for you ($25 for two chairs and an umbrella from 9am-5pm). It’s a quick drive or Uber to restaurants and bars on the Hollywood boardwalk. The gym was nothing fancy and sometimes the elevators get busy around peak times, but all of that was fine for the purposes of our trip and we never had any issues. The café downstairs was also a nice convenience. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing vacation!

Great Location, Fantastic Condo,

Wonderful stay. Great views! Very modern and clean. Not a speck of sand. Clean marble floors. Having a comfortable bed and drapes helps you sleep in later. Bring a couple of towels if you want. Pictures don’t do it justice. If I could I’d buy it! We will stay next time we come. Thank you for having us.

Great view

Great location and view of the beach. The check in process was quite long and a bit complicated. Great room and location but the unit needs some minor repairs. No soap or shampoo and an antique coffee maker with no coffee grounds. Only 2 paper thin beach towels. With a few of these things corrected it would be awesome.
