This is a private oceanfront house with fabulous views. Located in the best walking neighborhood on LBI in north Surf City. Park your car for the week and enjoy the beach, restaurants and shopping on foot.

Six bedrooms plus a sofa bed, three outdoor decks plus a roof deck, a dining room table for 14 people and a gourmet kitchen with island seating for 7 people, and much, much more.

House has flat screen TV’s throughout, high speed Internet and a hot tub on the lower deck (cleaned / sanitized weekly).

Outdoor tables with chairs and chaise lounges, boogie & skim boards, umbrellas and beach chairs. Six beach badges provided. Natural gas Weber outdoor BBQ.

Gourmet Wolf / Sub Zero kitchen and new appliances. Kitchen has new pots, dishes and utensils - everything you'll need for great meals for the entire vacation. Includes a 4-stop elevator, garage with two parking spots plus additional off-street parking in the driveway for two more cars.

Modern, cozy furniture and beds throughout the house. Pillows, comforters, blankets, bath and beach towels are provided. Weekly linen service for the beds is set up. Two washer / dryer stacks, central air and heat.

Non-smoking home. No pets permitted. No weddings, events, live music or large parties.

Weekly (7 day) summer rentals from mid-June until September. Check in time 3:00pm on Saturday and check out time 10:00am the following Saturday. House is thoroughly cleaned each week during the Saturday turnover (no extra fee) and renters are expected to leave the house in the same condition as when they arrived. Excess cleaning and missing beach badges will be deducted from the security deposit. Smoking or pets will result in immediate cancellation of the rental agreement and loss of the full security deposit.
