Grab the beach gear provided and walk steps to the boardwalk to enjoy our quiet beach. Sit on the wrap-around patio and listen to the waves while drinking coffee. Watch cruise ships and rocket launches. Take a swim in the heated pool or relax in the hot tub. Our charming condo is the perfect coastal getaway.

Perfect stay

We absolutely loved our stay in Sarah's condo. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed and more for our stay. The location is amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing getaway

Condo was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed in it! Easy access to beach with chairs and umbrella available. Extra half bath was a great bonus. Able to see a few shuttle launches from the beach. Wonderful stay.

Royal Mansion Condo Stay

The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was very clean and updated. Good location and quiet neighborhood. Everything advertised was correct. I would stay there again if back in area and available. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful beach vacation

I have stayed many places in Florida, but this is one of the best. It was extremely clean. It was right off the beach and I felt very safe there as a woman traveling alone. Hope to come back soon.

Great beach condo

Great condo just steps from the beach…well supplied with beach gear. Full kitchen allows you to stay in after a trip to the grocery store, yet close enough to nearby restaurants if you want to venture out. Very comfortable accommodations. Will definitely return when the opportunity arises!

Lovely Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah's condo in Royal Mansions. The condo is right next to the beach, is clean and well-equipped with towels, toys, chairs, everything you need to have the best time. Beach time, pool time, porch time, tv time, this place literally has it all. We absolutely plan on returning; Sarah is a marvelous host.

Great stay

The Condo was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Everything worked fine. Sarah was very easy and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again. We even were able to see a satellite launch from the Condo.

Spring Break getaway

Our daughter's softball team was staying in Cocoa Beach for spring break. We didn't need to stay with the team and elected this great condo instead. Being from the upper Midwest, this was a perfect beach getaway for us and Sarah had everything you need for the beach. The condo was very clean, well appointed with a comfy bed. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo and Sarah keeps it immaculate. Great area with lots to do and just walked out on the beach to view 2 night rocket launches We had a great time. Sarah is a great host and always available to answer questions

Perfection!

We had a wonderful stay in this little unit. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. Just a few steps to the beach in a quiet little community. She had everything you would need and then some available for your use. Super friendly host. Definitely keeping this one on my favorites list!

Oceanfront Condo in Cape Canaveral

We were very impressed with our oceanfront condo. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished with everything that you would need for a fun week at the beach. The furnishings were updated and comfortable. Our host, Sarah was quick to respond to every message and was very professional. We would definitely book this condo again on our next trip to the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area.

Family Trip

Totally enjoyed the stay at the condo. The condo has been updated and is in great shape. The Condo has everything you need for a very enjoyable stay. The beach is a quick 20 second walk across the boardwalk. Not very crowded, which is great and Cocoa Beach/Pier is simple walk down the beach. Sarah is great to work with and has thought of everything you need for a great vaca. Plenty of beach stuff fo the kids to use very nice beach chairs. We really enjoyed ourselves and would go back.

The perfect spot for beach, pool, and rocket fun!

We truly cannot say enough good things about this place!! The condo is in the most perfect location, just steps to the beach and pool, in this relatively quiet resort where everyone was very welcoming. The condo was recently renovated, with everything pristine and updated, comfortably accommodating our family of four for the week. Sarah, the host, was incredibly helpful and accessible. She responded immediately, providing great info about the area. And she had the condo well stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. Highlights included sunrises on the beach, lots of swimming in the pool and ocean, lots of delicious take out meals, and a rocket launch viewed right from the beach! This was our first trip to the area, and we absolutely hope to be back and would not want to stay anywhere else!

A+ Well done!

Sarah has done an amazing job of setting up this condo. It has all new appliances, all the dishes, utensils, and starter expendables that are needed. Everything was clean and organized and its place when we arrived. Washer and dryer unit is new and works great. Having a second powder room is nice and not typical for the one bed units. You can’t find a unit any closer to the beach access. This is the third unit we have stayed in at Royal Mansions and is by far the nicest. It is smaller than the penthouse units but if you don’t need the second bedroom, it is plenty big for a family with the Murphy bed and day bed. We highly recommend this property.

Absolutely perfect!

This was the absolute perfect beach vacation. The unit is literally 5 feet from the boardwalk to get to the beach. Not only was the proximity to the beach perfect, the proximity to all the fun stuff to do in Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral was great. We spent plenty of time at the beach, but also enjoyed a day at Kennedy Space Center and even snuck over to Disney World one day. Location was perfect! Also, I was super impressed with all the little things that Sarah thought of for her property. There were beach towels, beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, a cooler (basically everything you need for the beach), not to mention a kitchen with everything we needed to cook a few meals and even small stuff like sandwich baggies (for your beach snacks). Sarah was also sent some really clear check-in and check-out instructions and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We were also thankful for her accommodating our request for a late check-out due to some changes in travel plans. I know this isn’t always possible, but she made it happen for us. We just left this morning and my family is already begging to come back again. It was such a perfect vacation that we may just have to do it again sometime!
