Very comfortable property with great view of the ocean, close enough to hear the surf. Location is superb: on quiet alley just a few hundred feet from the cliff-top path overlooking the water, and a short walk to the beach, as well as to the town's restaurants and shops. It is well equipped and clean. We have returned several times.

This was our third time staying at this property, and we continue to be impressed with its upkeep, cleanliness, and convenience. The kitchen is well-stocked, it has all of the necessities for the beach (e.g., towels, chairs, cooler), plus updated outdoor space where you can watch the sunset over the Pacific from the deck. The pingpong table is a bonus! Plus, it's walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops in Del Mar as well as close to hiking, golf courses, and other San Diego beaches. We definitely hope to visit again.

Great Time and Location!

Gail’s Rental is exactly as advertised. Very close to the beach and beautiful views of the ocean. We were very pleased with accommodations and would recommend this place to others.

Great SD Visit

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. The location was great, just a short walk down the bluff to the beach. Great deck to watch the sunsets from. Everything in the house met or exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Property

This property was exceptional all around! The owners were incredible and very helpful. .My husband and I spent a month here and soaked up every second of it- it truly felt like home for the time we spent there and will be back!

Perfect place for a perfect weekend.

We were in town for a wedding and The house was in a perfect location. Beautiful views of the ocean and walking distance to the beach. Great views of the sunset. The outdoor area was beautiful. If ever in town again, we’d definitely want to stay there.

Great location

Great location. We were in town for a wedding. Easy for guests staying at. Best Western to walk to our condo. Beautiful views of ocean! Beautiful upstairs!

Very relaxing

Staying in Del Mar was so relaxing in this wonderful beach house. The views of the ocean are amazing! Everything was so easy to get to, we were able to talk to the beach and walk to restaurants. It was perfect for our family of five. The host is kind, friendly, and helpful.
